The people who work there think they're giving us room free of charge. I think the hotel management may not have given them good advice/knowledge The hotel management should give them a good understanding in that hotel of how to behave with clients and what to talk about. The people working there, just give us the service what you have at your hotel, that's enough for us. We don't need to be told where we should go and what it's like there. We come to that place knowing everything. You don't have to ask where we're going when we go out. So just look at what work you have been given. Thank you

Be careful when going to this hotel.Because when I went to the hotel and checkin,one of staf guy showing the room. He showed me the room and said, do you like massage then i said yes why not Then he told me how much it would cost and I could book accordingly. It's not their massage center, it's a private one. You have to go 150 meters from the hotel. They'll take you there on a Tuk tuk We also got a massage and returned to the room. The next day my frend want to go massage When I went there, they gave me a different price yesterday and a lower price for my friend today Then I understood people who work at the hotel take us high prices and take us there. I'm posting this because everyone to know..

A place with a lot of mosquitoes. The person at that hotel staff. is dark and a little short. Whenever he sees us, he keeps recommending a place, even if we don't want to go, and he keeps talking about it. I don't think he's saying that to help us. He also gave us a couple of business cards, one for the whales watching and turtle farm. When we asked how much the price was, he said he will drop. But he didn't show us a place Don't trust that hotel staff. They're suggesting we go for something.

We spent 4 nights at Glamour Mirissa. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a view of the sky. The owner, Roman, welcomed us over the phone right after we checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and had no problem preparing coconut-filled pancakes for breakfast. They also took care of our laundry willingly. If we needed anything, we could contact the owner, Roman, directly. He recommended restaurants and gave us travel advice. His wife Lucky organizes cooking classes for guests. The hotel is separated from the beach by only a local road. During our stay at Glamou Mirissa, we felt very comfortable, and thanks to Roman, the homely atmosphere was enhanced.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. Sadly just one night for us. The staff were lovely & we arrived early but the looked after our bags & got our room spotlessly clean really quickly. We had a sea view with a terrace where we had breakfast which was lovely. It was overlooking the sea, with the road in between. The road noise did not bother us overnight. The room was lovely. All the amenities promised & set out perfectly. Very clean, lots of space. Good air con. Nothing to fault. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, my stay was a bit disappointing. The room had a door leading to what seemed to be an office, which was noisy at times, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the large window faced a busy walkway, so I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Not the experience I was hoping for.

Stayed at glamour Mirissa for a month , amazing hotel,fantastic prices,staff were exceptional, breakfast lovely,right next to everything,owner was very helpful,but his staff have to take all the credit for making my stay lovely and most importantly, I always felt welcomed and hotel was very secure.

Pros: - Central location - Lovely staff who are very friendly - Comfy beds & modern rooms - Good A/C - Nice breakfast (fruit/toast/freah juice) - Great cooking class! Cons: - Rooms need cleaning regularly (fresh towels/empty bins) every day - we stayed 3 nights and it did not get cleaned - The noise from the road and construction will keep you awake so bring earplugs! Overall a lovely stay for a few nights in Mirissa!

Location is very close to a nice beach and hotel gives you not a luxury feeling but the feel if home with clean rooms, nice breakfast and a very nice and helpful staff. The view on the beach ypu can enjoy while having a breakfast and also fine different kinds of restaurants are just walking like 5 min
