4 Aces Ella in Ella

We booked three rooms at this property and probably the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The rooms were not clean at all. I even had to ask one of the room boys to put an air freshener inside cus the bad smell I got sooner I opened the room. The caretaker and the other fellows were not professionals at all. We stayed a night there and it was raining by the time we got there. Water was leaking in front of the rooms and I could see many "worms" wiggling through the floor openings at the lobby area. The property is well established but unable to be maintained by the bad management it seems.
The bathrooms were full of mud and the towels were not hygienic. Overall it was a terrible experince.

Our recent stay at 4 Aces ella hotel left much to desired. The breakfast was decent, despite lack of salt and the bathroom facilities were lack with malfunctioning taps and not working hot waters. The owner's lack of consideration for customer satisfaction was evident, although the manager provided pleasant service. Overall, the hotel fell short on parking facilities, driver accommodations, and reliable internet connectivity. Never recommended 😤😡
