Worst Hotel I've stayed at during mu honeymoon. Such a shame as well as I was really looking forward to Ella. Apart from the amazing view, its a complete dive Here are a list of things which made us have the worst stay Toilet didnt flush No hot water Bad customer service, we called them 3 times and they kept ignoring us Breakfast was awful, dry and infested with flys We had 3 cockroachs in our bathroom A giant fan drum on our balcony which kept going off every 20 minutes so no sleep Also the staff or other guest kept shouting outside our room at 1am Hotel was an absolutely JOKE. Just because they have great views, they think they can operate a hotel with the worst service. When I suggested to manager, he goes thanks for the feedback, we will discuss this in the next managers meeting haha....WHAT A JOKE!!!! Dont every stay here!!!

Almost perfect. We recently stayed at Mount Heaven and had a lovely experience overall. The property offers great amenities and our room was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and always ready to help. the main restaurant for the warm, attentive service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sunil Resident Manager

Checked in 28 September Very clean Only guests in hotel so no buffet Not a lot of choice being vegetarian- noodles, rice is veg curry!! Desert choice was fruit and ice cream Ordered breakfast for the next day-cereal, omelette, toast, sausages, vegetables and fresh fruit Got pancakes, just in name French toast, sausages, vegetables s as nd fruit as we were walking out of the dining area !!

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We booked a room with a pool, but the pool was inside the room. There were bedbugs in the room, we changed rooms. The rooms were dirty, old and disgusting. The service was very unfriendly, the staff hardly spoke to the guests. They did not help the guests. There were a lot of birds and a bat flying inside the restaurant. They were all over the place, so I did not feel like eating anything from the restaurant. The atmosphere in this hotel is very unpleasant. A creepy hotel overall. I can't think of anything good to say no matter how hard I try. Don't book!!!

The incredible awesome team at Mount Heaven hotel in ella. The staff made our visit a memorable and enjoyable experience. The service and attention to detail was impeccable. The food is amazing. And cocktails in ella chill restaurant and rawana pool club was great too. Surroundings of course need no mention it's breath taking ! Love from all of us.

My two-day stay at Mount Heaven was an absolute delight. Nestled amidst the breathtaking hills of Ella, this hotel offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a cozy sanctuary after a day of exploring. The highlight, however, was the stunning view from the balcony. Waking up to the mist-kissed mountains was a truly magical experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Despite the captivating view, the hotel experience was marred by significant drawbacks. The presence of flies in the room and the pervasive unpleasant odor were notable issues. Alongside the cleanliness concerns previously mentioned, these factors diminished the overall enjoyment of the stay.
