I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Sun Breeze in Ella. The service was unprofessional and unhelpful. They did not return my money as promised, and the staff were not cooperative in resolving the issue. The rooms were poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and did not meet the expectations overall, the service, cleanliness, and management were very bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ella.

Highly recommend this place! People here are super hospitable. We were offered to pick a room out of 2. One has fascinating view and the other one a separate bad for our daughter. Hard decision)) So they offered to bring her bad to the room we liked best. Mind you it was not a cot but a real single bed. Also the host served a breakfast for us before sunrise so we could make it to see the it from little Adam’s Pick. They asked us what we want for breakfast (and dinner too) and actually cooked it! I have never met such approach. Additionally they gave some bananas to take a bite with later. Would like to come back here!

Nice place to stay, very good location, beautiful view from balcony and garden, very tasty and delivious brekfast. We have stayed for 2 nights , family 3 kids and 2 adults. Around you can visit few places. 2 days for us was enought. I recomend this place for stay.

The rooms were clean and the host was very accomodating. Good breakfast. View from hotel is awesome. Reasonably priced too.

We stayed here in February on an incredible trip to Sri Lanka. Our stay here great and it's a good location. However, on my return I discovered they had charged my credit card twice. I have made several attempts to contact them through the quote system on the website but zero response. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I have been left with no choice. This is very frustrating and very dishonest.
