This hotel has thoughtfully dispensed with all soundproofing (and even got avoided those annoying walls in favour of open woodwork and paper thin glass) so that you too can be in the heart of the party while staying in your pyjamas!

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Not Worth Even 0 Stars! This hotel doesn’t deserve a single star. Let me explain why: Food: The food was an absolute disaster. Salty, undercooked meat with no flavor whatsoever. They even had the audacity to serve a chili gravy as soup during dinner—with no spoons! When we asked for spoons, we were told to sip it. It was utterly humiliating, especially since this was a pre-arranged company get-together. We had agreed on a specific menu at an increased price, but the front office manager (a completely unprofessional lady) claimed she was unaware of any prior arrangements. Instead of the agreed menu, we were served spoiled, cold food with a basic, substandard menu. When we raised this issue, she created a heated argument, causing further embarrassment. Although the next day’s meals were arranged according to the agreed menu after our insistence, the food (hoppers, pancakes) was insufficient for our group. We had to repeatedly ask for refills for the dishes and desserts, which was frustrating. After hours of argument, they reluctantly offered a measly 500-rupee reduction per room as compensation. The attitude of the front office manager was appalling. Her behavior and lack of professionalism are a disaster for the hotel. She seriously needs to learn how to treat guests and run a business. Rooms: The rooms were no better than the food: No hot water in some rooms. No WiFi or working TV facilities. Empty refrigerator. Only two tiny soap bars in the bathroom. No water bottles provided, despite multiple requests. They only gave us a kettle, without drinking water! No coffee or tea facilities. Bed linens were dirty and clearly not washed. The so-called “rooms with a view” were a joke! The “view” was nothing but a bean cultivation field. Summary: This hotel is a nightmare and should be avoided at all costs. Poor food, unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, and terrible service. Google needs to add an option for 0 stars because this place doesn’t deserve even that.

one of the worst experiences so far. the reception staff was uninterested, unfriendly and unwilling to help in any way until we asked for the manager to appear. the rooms are extremely dirty. we asked for the bed linen to be replaced because it was dirty, stained and had shoe prints on it, not ironed. we were afraid to use the towels at all. i would not recommend this accommodation to anyone

I arrived at the hotel with a colleague. We had booked seperately. They told him his booking had been cancelled and they had sent him notification, which he never received. They told me there was no booking for me, even when I showed the booking confirmation. THEY JUST SHRUGGED THEIR SHOULDERS and were bot at all apologetic. I noticed today that my credit card has been changed for the booking that never existed according to them. I am disgusted.

Pro: Placement near railway station and central street. Contra: I spent a night in second building, which is under construction yet. It was bad smell inside the room. There were neither hot water nor air conditioner, key does not lock balcony door. No wardrobe, no even hangers. No toilet paper(!), no any bottle of drinking water. Another unusual electric connector which made it impossible to charge a smartphone. Decent price (4000 lkr) for such poor conditions
