Incredible destination, people that work in the hotel are very helpful. Highly recommend the private dinner on the beach!

Great property and excellent service by the entire team.

Both rooms we booked had great sea views. The beach was perfect for a stroll; the waves were gentle, and it only took a few minutes to walk to the beach. Compared to other attractions, I preferred staying at the hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel has clearly seen better days—it's now more of a reflection of its former glory. The atmosphere is spoiled by package tourists, and the service isn't up to par with the brand. The beach is uncrowded, but busy with local "helpers," and there's virtually nowhere to go outside the grounds. On the plus side, the breakfast is decent. At around $300 a night, it's not worth the money.

Very nice resort hotel, there is a beach behind the hotel. There is no place to hike around the hotel. The only place you can go is a turtle conservation base more than one kilometer to the left along the beach behind the hotel. You can see turtles and relax in the hotel for the rest of the time.

I checked into the Sheraton on the first day of the Chinese New Year. There was a welcome ceremony as soon as I entered, and we were given red envelopes. I was stunned. The service was really good, and the guy who gave the red envelopes had a really warm smile. His smile can really make people happy. I just learned to swim not long ago, and I am super obsessed with the swimming pool. I went there at night and in the morning. The pool lifeguard Dinesh was also very good, and the service was very good. He even lent my friend a swimming goggles. The hotel is clean and the service is good. In the afternoon, my friends played a game of beach volleyball with the locals on the beach near the hotel. The feeling was really great. The hotel staff and the locals were very good. I will choose again if I have the chance in the future. Thank you for your warmth, making my 2025 Spring Festival so beautiful. I think I will always remember the 2025 Spring Festival!

We were supposed to stay her for two nights but added another to our itinerary. It's a relaxing and beautiful place for families and friends. The rooms are clean and spacious. Housecleaning is also calling to check if anything is needed . The restaurant has a variety of foods from around the world. The onsite spa has reasonably priced packages and the turtle sanctuary has many sea life to look at.

5 Star hotel in the middle of kosgoda to chill and relax, but don't expect much options in the immediate vicinity
