One order was placed for the same three superior garden view rooms with twin beds. When we arrived at the hotel, they were all far apart. The hotel front desk said they received three orders. After checking in, we found that only one room had the garden view shown in the picture. One of the other two rooms had a balcony with a built-up wall, and the other had a king-size bed. The garden view was changed to a lake view, which was said to be an upgrade. We contacted the platform and negotiated with the hotel, but they said they were full and could not change. Finally, the platform compensated for two rooms. We hope that the platform will strengthen supervision of agents in the future to avoid such messy situations. It is a waste of time.

The reception is working strangely at night, and the check-in rate is slow. The rooms are old and a bit dirty. Nevertheless, it is generally acceptable.

There were some stains on the bed linen, but apparently it just couldn't be washed out, I found one or two. Otherwise, everything was super, clean, nice to sit and the rooms are great, the hotel grounds are pleasing to the eye, as is the location itself, the beaches are clean, there are few people, it's the best place to walk and chill, the prices are reasonable. The buffet is great, the staff is pleasant to talk to.

Reception The service was average. The hotel did not arrange the services we requested. 1. Reserve the driver's room. Our driver waited at the hotel for about an hour and a half that day. The hotel did not have a room for our driver and in the end we asked our driver to rent a room outside. As for the hotel manager, he also shied away from responsibility. He said that he had not received any information and did not make immediate response. 2. It was our birthday and wedding anniversary. The hotel did not make any arrangements. The hotel manager only said that he had not received any information to shirk the responsibility. The responsibility is given to the third party. Fortunately, the staff at 360 Restaurant are kind and provide good service, especially Suranjith and Samira. When they learned about our birthday and wedding anniversary on the day of our stay, they specially sent us cakes and celebration surprises.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks. The hotel is located near the ocean, which was very convenient. The room was cleaned twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. After cleaning, my room was always decorated with flowers, it was very nice

Environment: Beautiful environment, facing the swimming pool and the beach. The sand on the beach is very fine, so you can go without shoes without worrying about the pain.

Service: The cleaning staff is very enthusiastic. Every morning when I come back from playing, there are many fresh flowers on the bed and elephants and dogs made of towels, etc., which makes me feel relaxed immediately!

We rested during the quarantine period (Jan. 21), high-quality service, the rooms were clean, towels were changed daily, bed sheets were changed every 3 days. The territory is large and well-groomed. SPA - excellent massages, the gym has enough exercise equipment, but the area is a bit small, but the air conditioner did a good job. In terms of food, there is a wide selection of dishes, the seafood is very well prepared, the waiters clean and serve everything in a timely manner. All the staff are friendly, without being intrusive.

We rested in this hotel at the beginning of April, in general, for a 4* it’s a very good hotel. Any issue is resolved simply and easily! Very cool restaurant. Thank you very much to the hotel staff, especially the receptionist Dilshan at the front office👍👌 Very attentive and polite, always ready to help and suggest what to see in the city and when is the best time to do it. The room is clean, beautiful, with a view of the river😍I liked absolutely everything👍👍👍

The room is older and trendy... The sales pictures and room types are not disappointing. The check-in requirement pictures and room types delayed communication for more than an hour. I hope Ctrip will strictly manage the sales pictures and room types.
