Beautiful place, beautiful location and courteous staff. Throughly enjoyed our stay at Nuwara Eliya Victoria Hotel. Personal attention by the staff for food requirements and prompt and quick service. Special mention to the manager Deshan and restaurant staff Sandeevu. Highly recommend this place!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.The location was Beautiful.The staff was very friendly & helpful.Room was very clean & comfortable.And the mini cinema was awesome 🤩 I loved indian foods.such a nice & calm place , it felt like home ❤️

It was last minute substitute as my original booking had some hot water problems.
We stayed for two nights, first day we were bit disappointed with food but later we found out they didn't had knowledge of our requirements, second day they prep most amazing vegetarian meal for just two of us, i would say best meal we had by far.
Staff i can't praise enough, they were so well coming, caring, attending to our smallest needs, I would say they were going out of their way to accommodate us.
We had one of the most memorable stay here.

we were only here one night as part of a small trip, we felt very well taken care of and the place is beautiful. you can really see the english influence on architecture in the whole town and this hotel. The staff was very freidnly, the food was great (lots of vegetarian options) and i believe they started breakfast early for us (7 am) to accomodate our schedule.

We stayed in the Family Suite, which was spacious and impeccably maintained, featuring a cozy double bed and two singles. The premium amenities added a touch of indulgence, making our stay truly memorable.

The property itself is stunning! The small but beautifully garden is perfect for some quiet relaxation, while the ample walking space around the tea bushes adds a magical touch to the experience. And let’s not forget the staff—attentive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure every need is met.

Though the food was on a set menu due to low occupancy, it was delicious and well-prepared. A special highlight was the mini cinema, which you can book free of charge—what a fantastic way to enjoy a private movie night!

Compared to pricier options like The Grand Hotel or St. Andrews, Victoria Court Suites offers unbeatable value for money. It’s a hidden treasure that combines comfort, charm, and affordability. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a unique, relaxing experience!

There are few things that can be improved. But it's understandable since they are rather new.

We were in the hotel for 3 days
The treatment of the owners and staff is more than wonderful.
They helped us with all the orders and prepared the breakfast as requested.
It was difficult for me to find a suitable place in Nuwara Eliya due to the lack of reviews.
The place is not rated, we arrived at the place, checked the rooms and then booked.
I advise everyone who wants to visit Nuwara Eliya to go without thinking to this hotel.
