the hotel location is simply superb.the view of the mountain matches with hotel perfectly.staff was very friendly.room was clean and loved to stay.

Pro: Roof is water tight. Food exists. People try to be helpful. View is excellent when looking in the right direction, also from the breakfast table. Good neighborhood.
Con:
Beds too short for anyone taller than 1,75m.
Bathroom entrance hurts if you do not duck.
Moldy curtains.
Hairs on the bathroom walls
Furniture could use an overhall.
Matress was very thin.
Light from the hallway directly shone in the room.
Construction site next door (not that bad since they start at 8am)
Lasagne was ok until we found a lot of plastik wrapper in it that we had been eating. Staff
Fish was safe to eat but dry.
Con:

Small hotel/guest house in Nuwara Eliya, near the Gregory Lake. Very friendly staff and good price for the rooms. Simple, but clean, good food at reasonable for what you pay.
