Had a nice time. Calm and relaxing location. Great staff & very attentive to customer requirements. Variety of food could improve.
One of the best hotels we have visited. I never thought this is such big hotel when booked. They have cottage type rooms
which protect the privacy. There is a moderate size pool. When we went there the only guests were us. Covid disater
heavily affected most of hotels in the country which is same to this lovely hotel. Staff is friendly. They offered us a
shower even after we checked out after we came from the safari. Food was clean and sufficient.

Rooms are satisfactory. WiFi doesn't reach rooms. Apparently it's only available in the lobby. Buffet was very unsatisfactory with rice noodles and only three curries. A very bad menu combination as well.
We booked the hotel for a credit card offer but it's very unprofessional and unethical to compensate for the reduction in price by reducing the quality of the food.

A nice place to stay in sigiriya.great level of hospitality is with the staff.very friendly service.food is also good.
The hotel is situated at a convenient location by the side of the road to trinco. The staff if great, pleasant and very helpful. Food for the Asian pallet could be spiced up and I guess the rooms need to restored to what it was I guess. Overall the hotel is ok with a great staff.
The hotel is conveniently situated near Sigiriya. It has a nice outdoor pool. However, it feels a bit like an enclosed resort and the clientele is thereafter. When I visited at least three buses of quite rude Chinese guests arrived. Of course not the hotel’s fault but it seems to be a go to place for Chinese tourists. The rooms are decent but would need a touch up to return to what might have been a former glory. For the price the hotel is ok.
The hotel is everything great you can expect from a holiday place: amazing territory with palms, grass, butterflies and small animals who come down from trees to play a little on the lawn, then there are spacious super clean rooms with loads of hot water and in the end perfect food at the restaurant (lasagna was best I ever tried!). All these comes with great friendly service! Thank you for our perfect stay!
