Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. just a short walk into the village with lots of eating places and cafes for a drink. We had a very nice room with A/C and also a mosquito net provided for the bed. Breakfast was very good and service from the staff was first class. Would definitely visit again.

Fine hotel, pool is cooling, water is a bit murky. But that's totally okay. Food in the restaurant is nice Sri canners, but definitely western geared. Great getaway base for lion rock, dambulla cave temple. The vegetable, fruit , potato, watermelon and so on auction or trading place is definitely worth stopping. The staff at the reception needs to be turned on, passive? Is that the right word? The music is not too bad from the bar. Too bad that noise 1930 and 2100 someone is sawing pieces of rebar. But that will be finished by your visit. Before I forget, the wifi is moderate to poo

Great location on the edge of Sigiriya, easy access via tuk tuk to the main attractions in/around the town and to the restaurants in town. It's very well kept, rooms are large, clean and comfortable and within a lovely building built to look like a tree house. Pool is clean and well maintained, much needed after a hot day exploring. Food is very good, lots of options and very well priced.

Lovely location, very quiet, ideal place to relax, short walk to some restaurants or short tuk tuk ride to main centre, nice rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff, you can buy some beer and wine and also spirit drinks,we enjoyed our stay.

Overrated and Overpriced
This guest house is overrated and overpriced for the quality. Its service was mediocre. The room cleanliness was bearable one but far below the level of the tourist hotel.
Sigiriya Rock is not far though tuktuk from there required 3 times the normal price of taxi app.

A lovely resort! The staff were super helpful and so friendly. They organised quite a few last minute trips for us, including one to Polonnaruwa where the guide was super helpful and even stopped en route to show us elephants! The pool area was really good and clean and so nice to be in the nature. We saw peacocks, monkeys and lizards all within the hotel grounds. Food was wonderful, recommend the chicken kottu and room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

Fantastic grounds, ideal location to visit Sigiriya and Minneriya Nature Park. Swimming pool area was really nice. Staff very friendly and food is good. Recommend getting a pool view as we had garden view which was more of a view of car park and reception. Hotel organised safari at a very good price

At the booking I was in doubt. Low price, budget hotel but great reviews and nice pictures. Now no doubt anymore. It is a tropical paradise!! Clean rooms, good food, super friendly staff, tropical garden, great swimming pool, tuk tuk service

Located in a quiet part of the town with a 20min walk to get to the centre and lion rock. The hotel room we stayed in was near reception and near the road so had some noises. The swimming pool was nice but at times there weren’t enough sunbeds for those visiting. Breakfast was ok and freshly made to order
