Sea View Tourist Inn in Tangalle

Hello, this was our first stop in Tangalle. A great Seaview across a busy road. School buses have to get kids to school for 7:30 plus commuter traffic, and the crashing of waves hids this mostly....
If you require ice there is an industrial ice making factory right next door. They crush cubic meter blocks, one after the other. Fun to watch and little noisy along with refrigerator generators.
This noise can be hidden with your air con and fan.
Rooms are spacious with firm beds and pillows.
Large wet room.vEntrance to balcony is a floor to ceiling glass frame and door. Kinda nice, there is a
Balcony with basic table and chairs.
Breakfast is average with excellent service.
We had a good meal in the next door restaurant, it takes a while to cook fresh food, so be patient.
This restaurant was a little noisy the next night with music until the early hours to put it very politely.
We found it very difficult to sleep and had to make the owner aware of this via booking.com.
This issue was then addressed and the sound system was suppressed. Turned off. The music wasn't that great with a minute silence between each track.
We love a good ole rave 90s ole skool but this was far from it...
The owners were as helpful as they could be.
We couldn't fault them...
Great for a one night stop...
