We stayed at this hotel with a half-board package, and while there were some positives, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a supposed 5-star property.

Positives: The hotel’s location is a highlight, being very close to the sea and easily accessible, making it convenient for beach lovers. The buffet offered a good selection of dishes with satisfying taste. The front office staff was exceptional friendly, helpful, and professional. The washrooms were clean and well-kept, which was appreciated.

Negatives: Despite being marketed as a 5-star hotel, it doesn’t live up to that standard. The hotel only offers two room types sea view and face to railway view which limits options. The rooms themselves were disappointing and not worth the price. They appeared poorly maintained, with uncleaned window glasses and dirty marks on the walls. The lack of soundproofing was a major issue, as train horns from the nearby railway made nights noisy and disrupted sleep.

Overall: While the location, food, and staff were strong points, the poorly maintained rooms and noise issues significantly detracted from the experience. This hotel needs improvements to justify its 5-star claim. I’d rate it 3 stars at best.

Do not stay here. Pictures from management are either AI enhanced or pictures from 20 years ago. We booked for 4 nights and only stay 2 HOURS. Insect droppings on pillow and around sink. We thought it had some good reviews but on reflection they were all local, possibly friends and family trying to support a run down hotel.

Marketed as a 5-star hotel, but in reality it’s a 1–2 star experience at best. Cleanliness is a major issue: there was an exposed drain in the shower area, glasses had visible spots, and the bedsheets were stained. Facilities are poorly maintained and show clear signs of neglect. The other negative reviews are accurate. If you have the option, stay away. 10/10 would not recommend.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The rooms and common areas were extremely dirty, as if no proper cleaning had been done for years. Everything looks old, worn out, and neglected, giving the feeling that the hotel is simply falling apart.
The staff was completely indifferent and uninterested in helping. Any requests or complaints were ignored, and no one seemed to care about guests at all. During our 10-day stay, the food situation was unacceptable — we were constantly hungry, with poor quality meals and very limited options.

What was truly shocking and unacceptable is that the staff opened our room door without any warning, while we were sleeping. This is a serious violation of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected.

Overall, this hotel is outdated, dirty, poorly managed, and deeply disappointing. It was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Save your money and your nerves — do not stay here.

They were friendly and helpful from the moment we called to make the reservation, especially Miss Senaya at the front desk, who went out of her way to assist us. The food was delicious with a good variety, exactly what we hope for when coming to a place like this to relax and enjoy. The hotel could use a little renovation, but since everything was well maintained, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Unforgettable Beachfront Stay!
This beachfront hotel is absolutely stunning! The view is mind-blowing — you can enjoy the beautiful ocean right from your bed. The food was delicious, the room super clean, and the staff service excellent. The pool is amazing, and overall, the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

A great option for your money. Very good breakfast. Large beach and swimming pool. Perfect sunset view. Recommend to book the room with sea view. Shops with all needs in 15 min walk or 2 min on bike. They have even disco evenings
