This hotel has a bad staff. They close their gate at 9pm, when we returned from watching the Kandy Esala perahera it was past 9pm, the gate was closed, they even charged us to get up at night and open the gate. The facilities in the room were not enough for the room we got. There was no TV, the hot water shower holder was also broken, the room was very dirty, all the broken bottles and used cups were in the drawers of the dressing table. I do not recommend this hotel, it is a waste of money, because it is by the river, they only promote the view.

The place was very quiet and calm. The staff are very supportive and welcoming. We ordered food at an additional cost and it was very tasty. The place is close to a river. Absolutely beautiful view in the evening to relax.
