Customer service was genuinely good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, although the chicken kottu I ordered for lunch wasn't very good.
Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. I found hair on the bed, and it seemed like the bed linens hadn't been changed properly in quite some time. The mattress was in poor condition and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped for a long time, and there were lizards running around the room. I also noticed a few dead insects, which made the room feel unclean. The balcony wasn't well maintained either.
The only real highlight was the spectacular view. Overall, while the customer service was good, the poor cleanliness and condition of the room made the stay disappointing. It was definitely not worth the money I paid, and I expected much better for the price.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. I would highly recommend this place for a short stay in Kandy. The welcoming atmosphere and excellent service made my stay enjoyable.

The view was absolutely breathtaking. All the rooms and especially the restaurant had great panoramic views. The rooms were neat and clean and everything is working fine. The food was good and the staff were friendly. One of the downsides is the location, as it is quite far from Kandy city. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend it.

Amazing stay at Ceyloni Panaroma Resort! The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. The highlight was definitely the chef—the meals were exceptional, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. You can really feel the care and quality in every dish. Would definitely visit again!

This was a sudden booking believing there’s a pool but unfortunately there’s not 🙄. One of the guests photos are totally misleading. We stayed in the suit room and it was good. Meals were delicious but the morning buffet isn’t worth the price. Only some toast breads and small portion of noodles with two curries. The road to this hotel is very narrow so the only good thing about this hotel is the spectacular view from the balcony.

The hotel is located up the hill overlooking Kandy town. I can see the giant Buddha statue from my room's balcony and it looks amazing! The amenities is very basic but the room is comfortable and clean.

The view is really beautiful but otherwise not the best. I would have really liked to be in the hotel next door, modern, beautiful and with a really inviting pool. The room was old and worn, the bathroom full of mold, with green mold stains on the ceiling. The cleanliness left much to be desired. Our driver brought us here and I thought he had brought us there to help the owners of the hotel who perhaps have few customers or cannot explain...

The staff is very friendly and helpful for anything you need. This hotel is a little bit outside of Kandy so you should plan accordingly.

Very nice view. Hotel is in good condition. Room was ok for the price, although the TV was not working properly. AC seemed to have only one low temperature setting and the blanket was way too thin to be comfortable in the night. The food at the restaurant needs to improve a lot. Very greasy food. Given that the hotel is far from the city and there are no nearby food options, hotel restaurant needs to offer better quality food. Oil was dripping from some of the food offered! Overall however, it was a pleasant stay.
