I had an excellent experience from the very beginning. The reservation process handled by Koshila was smooth and efficient, making everything easy for me even before arrival. On arrival, the front office team especially Malaka and Mr. Hiran were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their friendliness and willingness to help truly stood out. I would also like to sincerely thank the team for upgrading my room to a Villa it was a wonderful surprise and made my stay even more special. The food was outstanding fresh delicious, and well-prepared which added even more to the overall experience. It’s a beautiful hotel surrounded by nature creating a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Overall, the service was exceptional, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in what they do. Krishan and malaka are very kind and the service is so good. The breakfast and the dinner is so good. Worth visiting.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property tucked away in the forest. All the staff were incredibly helpful—special thanks to housekeeping supervisor Chamila, who made our stay exceptionally comfortable. We also celebrated our wedding there, and everything went perfectly. A huge thank you to Chef Malan, restaurant manager Yapa, and the entire restaurant team for everything you did. Memorable and peaceful stay at this lovely nature resort. Special thanks to Mr Nalaka and to the Housekeeping department for clean rooms and spacious rooms. Food was delicious, I loved the milk rice and the chicken curry. Keep up the good work team.

Me and my daughter took the “Signature Coffee Trail” tour that lasted for approx. 2.5 hours. We learned a lot about how to grow coffee trees, about the process of beans after harvest and about roasting. We even got to plant our own Arabica coffee tree! Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend others to take this tour.

Excellent management team and in a very peaceful & tranquil surroundings

We went as a gruop of school students day out on April 04th 2025. The Hotel has arrange all the necessary requirements well matched to the gruop with extended time plan. It was well organised and all the group members were very delighted. Excellent Hotel situated in Kandy Sri Lanka. Pool - Excellent Food- delicious-Excellent Rooms - well maintained , clean can be considered as Excellent Overall- service, available amenities, location, and most importantly Management is well experienced-Excellent.
