Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The view from the window is also quite nice.

The hotel is located by the river, offering some nice views, and the service is excellent. The food selection is quite extensive and tastes good too. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel is a bit older but has been well-maintained. Although getting to the rooms involves stairs, there's staff available to help with luggage.

The hotel has a stunning view! The rooms are truly beautiful, spacious, and cozy, with beautiful views. The staff is very polite; we felt welcomed from check-in to check-out. Their drinks are really good, with happy hour deals at night. They have a variety of amenities, and the swing by the river is the perfect view. The breakfast is already decent, with plenty of options and very good taste. I really enjoyed my entire stay. I would stay here again.

I had to ask someone to guide me to my room. Many cigarettes butts in the balcony when I check in.

Nice hotel with a great view over the river. Some of the furniture in the rooms are a bit dated and could do with some DIY. The room lighting could be improved and the odour inside the washroom should be better managed.
Beds were comfy, rooms were very spacious and the facilities in the hotel were good. Food was tasty and had a wide variety.

We loved our stay at the cinnamon citadel. The hotel and the amazing pool were perfect for relax time after sightseeing the area. The view was amazing and calm. The service was impeccable, we enjoyed dinner and music every evening and finally stayed longer than planned.
