Some arrangements are good, need to improve following.
Parking is not enough and not secured.
Ground floor and Manager room is well arranged.
Staircases are not well arranged. 3 staircases for 1,2 floors and space is waisted.
Washrooms are not well arranged and sign boards are not placed.
4th floor is for liquor and smoke but sometimes staff crossing guests for their supplies.
Nice view for 4th floor.
If they can think about their drawbacks, it would be a great place.
