Poor service.dissapointed.even no dental kill also.bathroom not cleaned.we came earler also.at that time best one so far in trincomale .now worst everything .

Worst food experience with expired crab. Service very poor and not satisfied with food Too much salty i don't know the chef is testing food this is not the first time.. kotthu noodles every food which u ur ordering as local

At first, location is good, very close to the sea BUT, bedroom is not clean, especially sheets, shower water is cold, water in the sink is cold, none of the doors close properly, TV is not working, phone is constantly beeping, our room was never cleaned in three days (!). Food is consistently cold, except omelettes, food is not good at all (l 'm being polite). The swimming pool is like a big vat of chlorine ! The only redeeming factor is the kindness of the staff who is doing their best in a very bad situation.

TERRIBLY UNHYGIENIC. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THE PHOTOS ARE DECEIVING. ITS A HEALTH HAZARD. THERE IS MOULD ON THE BEDS AND IT IS DANGEROUS TO BREATHE THAT ALL NIGHT. Disgusting and dirty, extremely UNHYGIENIC. The quilts we so dirty. I wanted to post all the photos but for some reason I am not able to upload all the photos . It only allows 2 photos so I am unable to upload the beds with mould. Towels and sheets with stains, geckos inside rooms and dirty bathroom . The list goes on..the linen is not laundered in a commercial washing machine at high temperature..we had to re book trinco blu at extra cost and check out within half an hour.

Don't be fooled by the pictures shown.! Not worth it. first night was a nightmare in villa rooms. not pleasent rooms very old and smelly. we were manged to change rooms to other building The manager A.T.Ramshan was cooporative need to thank him coz that's the only good thing happened while our Stay. we ordered side snacks to the room they were lower than the basic standards. breakfast was same for all 4 days we had to skip. Restaurant cutleries are not clean and not up to the standards. *Noticed fresh milk jug in the tea section is rusty in inside. *1st day Room complymentry water bottels not available. *pool was durty due to most the pool users were not following atleast the basic rools

Worst Hotel experience ever , we book for a family room on 17 th September , as we enter the room notice the unacceptable facts of the following Before we check in we had to pay whole amount Ac wasn’t working properly all night eventhough complain to the duty manager on front desk didn’t accept it No room towel provided No tea bags , milk , water enough for 4 adults Tv remote couldn’t find , so they have to replace another tv but all channels were not clear at all Also unable to connect front desk to full fill our requirements since telephone line were out of order Bathroom wasn’t clean properly Pool was close so earlier 8 pm to in house guests and access for late morning Private party with loud music till late night which was so disturbing to in-house guests Pool tiles were broken not up to safety standards Very low quality breakfast, nothing was refill after 9.15 Person who make omelet wasn’t wearing proper clothes very unpleasant, when I ask milk for my tea breakfast supervisor said to waiter no breakfast after 9.30 Most unprofessional Breakfast supervisor ever seen Not value for money at all , this is our second time & not recommend to everyone… Prabhath Chef from Ireland

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The condition of the room is not consistent with the one presented on the Booking portal. The room is dirty, old and unkept. The equipment is very worn, the shower head leaks onto the electric water heater, there is mold on the walls. We did not receive towels or bath accessories, we had to ask for them. In conclusion, the condition of the rooms is not consistent with the condition offered, at the same time posing a danger to users (dirt, mold). The pool is also destroyed, cracked tiles. Additionally, during 6 of our nights, the facility organized very loud parties until the night hours. Breakfasts are monotonous, of average quality. I do not recommend, using the services of this facility will ruin your vacation.
