A unique hotel experience. You can choose a igloo type room or a tree house. The rooms are well-appointed and the bath room has a free-standing bath with a multifunction shower. The rooms are very comfortable however a little small but a small point considering the unique experience. How many times have you been offered a tree house or igloo at a regular hotel? The food is exceptional, especially the crispy fish though all the meals were excellent and could not be faulted. The owner is usually present and was very attentive. Anything you need he will try to deliver and the rest of the staff were always very helpful. It's unusual to say there was nothing we found we thought could be improved upon.

One of the really bad experience in my life! I was with my family my wife and 3 kids in this hotel January 2025. This is the one of really bad place I met in my life. There is bar entrance on the hotel and many people drunk and made lots of noise. Honestly we couldn’t sleep. And some people were fitting and used really bad words. My kids were really scared. And Accomadation were really poor. Very bad smell and never clean well. And who is the manager I think he is the owner,always drunk even in the morning. I felt very bad smell. And he is very root. When I ask something he came to fight me l booked this hotel for 2 days but I just stayed one day with really bad experience. But he change from me 2 days. Anyway I got really good decision with save our life.

"Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Management and Uncomfortable Stay" We were planed to stay at Lion Kingdom Hotel and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Room Condition: The room was poorly maintained, decorate with artificial flowers with stained sheets, and an overall unclean feel. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible mold in the corners. Misleading Photos: The photos on the website were completely misleading which made me feel deceived.�What was advertised as a clean, modern space turned out to be outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. Customer Service: The worst part was the managers bad attitude When I raised concerns about the place the manager was rude and dismissive. I asked for a refund at least half of our money or any sort of compensation, but the manager refused to refund our money.

Lion Kingdom hotel houses several different rooms - igloo, tree house and normal rooms. The igloo and tree house rooms are exceptionally fun and interesting for families with kids. the tree house are 3 stories high! there are a number of swings and a large pool with children's pool for the kids. We stayed at the Igloo house. this is an unique concept in SL and the room in itself is extraordinarily built with fibre glass to form the shape of an igloo. each piece of furniture is sourced to match the concept. and the bed is extremely large! We were very happy with the rooms, but found the food was a bit low standards, and the prices were too high for the service given overall. However, it is a calm and secure environment with plenty of play area for relaxing day with the kids.

We were staying in the treehouse for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The treehouse was very comfortable and had a nice view over the nature. There are a lot of cool activities in the area which can be reached by car or tuktuk that will be organized by Sumith. Sumith and his team are incredibly friendly and fulfilled all of our wishes!

!!!WARNING!!! to all travelers!!! We caught the owner of this hotel rummaging through our backpack with money and documents during our dinner at 8 o'clock in the evening. He entered the room without our knowledge and permission. He is a big liar and a thief!!! We left immediately.

Privacy is excellent. Landscaping is great. View point of sigiriya and pidurangala. Cleanliness is extra ordinary. Food is delicious and great full. Friendly hotel staff

Accommodation is good. Clean rooms. Good service with friendly staff. Food is not satisfactory. The buffet is shared with a near by food joint.
