The Calm Resort & Spa in Pasikuda

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were absolutely perfect and delicious. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is an excellent place for a vacation, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The resort location was amazing. Rooms were very comfortable with sea view. Good AC and great showers with water pressure. You can watch a beautiful sunrise every morning at the resort beach itself. Food is great and dining room overlooks the sea . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Like to mention some names that made our stay memorable. Mr Prasad, Mr Punchi Bandara, Dammika, Vimukthi, Kavinda, Parami, Ganeshan, Shalika , Sachin, Sahan, Viraj, Ragu and Vimukthi. These people were amazing!!! Service was amazing!! You just have to ask and they will look after you.

A big hotel! We were there out of season. But we were lucky with the weather. We got a big room, but at the end of the building and our 'supposedly' balcony consisted of two chairs on a dirty piece of concrete, behind the beach toilet. Since we stayed for 2 nights, we didn't complain. First they put two towels - we had to ask for the rest. The breakfasts are good, since there are a lot of package tourists, then having lunch in the restaurant for independent tourists is a whole adventure - a separate order confuses the staff and the wait is super long. We did not find any entertainment in the hotel in the evenings. And there is nothing in the area. There is 1 restaurant within walking distance (3+) and that's it. If we came here for more than a couple of nights, I would be upset - honestly. And we were by car, we could have driven ourselves at least to the supermarket. Do not get a hookah in the hotel - it is terrible.

Good service

The location is good, very nice swimming pool, garden and beautiful beach. The staff is very tired and most of the time forgets what they are asked. Everything is very slow, you have to have a lot of patience. If not, that's not too bad.

Magnificent sandy beach. There is a reef nearby where you can swim with a snorkel (it is better to negotiate with a separate service on the shore to the right. Good buffet dinners, I do not recommend a la carte. If you want more seafood - 10 minutes on foot cafe Captain. Of the minuses: 1. most important: urgently need to go to the beach more sun loungers. Well, not enough!!! You have to borrow, well, what a nonsense. A huge beach, a lot of places, a lot of palm trees, under which you can lie down, but not on anything. 2. Breakfast is rather weak, but you won’t leave hungry. In my opinion, not corresponds to the price 3. Far from everything, well, there is nothing at all, knock-knock to help 4. The staff sometimes, let's say, slow down, but they try.
