We booked the hotel 2 nights and 3 days on full board basis after checking their official website and after speaking to the staff through the number displayed on the website. We were also made to make an advance payment.

Website has advertised only 4 categories of rooms and we selected and reserved a room based on the photos, descriptions and amenities given on the website.

When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room that is NOT advertised on their website and appeared to be downgrade.

The room did NOT match the description or the photos given on the website. Room was dirty. When we inquired from the reservation staff he asked us to switch to a different room of the same category. When we moved to a different room it was worse than the 1st room and didn't have any of the amenities. At this point we were extremely disappointed and spoke to the reservation staff.

He informed that, their website is not active and he is not aware what is advertised on the website as he has not checked their website. He informed that rooms shown in the website are not available. He once again wanted us to move to another same type room as this room did not have any amenities and asked us to wait 5 minutes. We were only given the room to stay after more than 2 hours wait after checking in. Even that room was not properly cleaned. There was insects and bugs in the bed. But we did not want to make any complaints as we were tired of waiting and switching 2 rooms.

Although they were charging quiet high prices for fullboard, there were no varieties or options at the buffet. The food was too oily and salty.

The hotel had been booked by a group of people for an event. They were using loud speakers and loud music and shouting went on till about 2am. Also, they started playing very loud music at 6.30am. Since they had not booked the entire property the hotel should have been more mindful of the other guest and not allowed such behavior.

Due to these we had to check out next day early morning and cut short out stay. Overall very bad experience and not worth the money.
