Therme 51° Hotel Physio & Spa in Leukerbad

The food is excellent; the spa is excellent, nothing more is needed; the massage is excellent. We had a very pleasant stay. The Therme 51° is worth a visit. We can only confirm the many positive reviews!

We visited Leukerbad and booked this hotel for the first time. What a wonderful surprise! Very friendly reception from the receptionist, who made an effort to speak French with us. Our room was in the thermal baths building upstairs, so we had no neighbors and a beautiful rooftop terrace. The room was very nice and bright. It could be a little hot. The hotel's exceptional baths are available for extended hours (from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm). It was very quiet, and the other people were very polite and respectful (there were no children in the baths during our stay). The breakfast buffet is served in the main building, just across the street. The lunch selection is excellent, plentiful and varied. The staff on site were very pleasant, stopping by to greet us and asking several times if anything was missing. The ability to leave luggage on hold on the day of departure so you can take a bath until 2:00 pm is a big plus. We definitely recommend this hotel. It's also in a good location (away from the noise of the main baths and close to restaurants). The downside is the lack of slippers/slippers for access to the spa. This is fine this season, but in the middle of winter, I'm not sure how practical it is to go down in boots if you're already wearing a robe :)

I paid an extra 40 euros at the front desk to upgrade to a suite, which included an additional sofa bed and a slightly larger room. The room also had a huge balcony outside, which looked beautiful covered in thick snow.

The hot springs were incredibly comfortable. It was amazing to soak in them while gazing at the snowy mountains – and it was all free of charge!

Hotel clean and comfortable with good sized rooms .Staff engaging and helpful. Spa facilities first class. Good breakfast - overall an excellent stay. Prices do increase in peak times but for a relaxing spa hotel experience if you pick your dates very good value for money.

We have stayed for 2 nights including half board and everything was perfectly managed. Because there was an off season, we had thermal pools almost for ourselves: saunas, two hot pools and especially hot pot with temperature 42-44 degrees of Celsius, which makes unique experience combined with tons of snow around. Breakfast was rich with many cheese options and other local products like bread and jam. Dinner was 4 course and definitely kind of culinary experience.

Great stay

The environment and hygiene were good; it's the only hotel in this small town with its own hot spring. However, they didn't provide toothbrushes or slippers, so you have to bring your own, which was very inconvenient! The breakfast wasn't very plentiful, but it was enough. Everything else was great!

Thee days in a mountain paradise.
We had a great time here, and Leukerbad is just amazing. The staff was super nice, and we had fun and friendly interact with Isobel, e anvery nicJimmy and Nuno. The spa area is very nice and the restaurant is top notch. Highly recommended.
