Weak point: Our room wasn't the one shown on the website. The room was dated, small, and lacked any refinement. There was a stain on the duvet. Breakfast was very average; the hot and cold options were mostly processed, tasteless products. Strong point: Ideal location for getting to the lake or the city center via metro line 2. The staff are lovely. There's plenty of underground parking around the hotel.

The drains in the sink and bathroom were extremely slow.
The hotel had one large and one small bed; the room was decent, and the two large windows were quite comfortable.
The hotel was two bus stops from the train station, and then a 200-meter walk from there. Next time, if I have large luggage, I would definitely choose a hotel near the train station.

The hotel has a good location and a good breakfast, but the service is really bad. I asked for a room that was not stable, and I had to negotiate with Ctrip for a long time, and they even had to pay extra to change the room. It is an old-fashioned hotel with air conditioning.

The hotel was nice but the location is rather far from train/bus station. But the services from the staff was great. And the room also came with a balcony which helped me to chill quite a bit.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the old town, the old town and the museum. You can ask the hotel for a transportation card, and you can take the bus for free, which is very close to various places. It is not new, but it is generally clean and tidy. The bathroom is very clean, and the toiletries are Clarins. The room facilities are really simple, just a coffee machine and cups, and the refrigerator is still not turned on and is empty. The chocolate and candy sent by the hotel are not bad.
The girl and boy at the front desk are very indifferent and their faces are more smelly than yelling
