The restaurant was amazing. I absolutely fell in love with the new menu, which launched on July 1st. It's full of flavors and surprises. Special thanks to Chef Borja and his team. They take such good care of us.

The elevator is small, like a phone booth, and you have to open the door to get in. I was quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, service, and facilities. The view from the room window of the snow-capped mountains was so beautiful! 😍

This hotel is European style, old European style, and the bed is very good

The bathroom is too small, everything else is fine. Especially the wooden furniture in the room is very warm.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast (free of charge when booking directly with the hotel), great dinner at the restaurant. Location was absolutely fantastic and the rooms were cozy with lots of character. Nice staff, overall 10/10!

Great location, staff very helpful and friendly. The room I got was large but the bathroom was weirdly very cramped. Decor is a bit dated but overall a very nice stay.

It is super close to the lake and opera house. Also public transportation is in five minute to reach.
The service is pretty friendly. The room is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast however, is rather lake of chooses. The juice is not filled again after it runs out.
