A bit old and in need of renovation. The cloth hanging sling in my room was dysfunctional and full with mold. My vanity kit had obviously been reused (the package of the cotton paper inside has already been opened once I slid the box open). Its the small little things that can easily be improved. The staff were really nice and friendly and super eager to help though. I would say the quality I got was expensive for the price I paid.

Very good.Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. We had a comfortable and quiet room. Nicely decorated and clean with comfortable beds.

Breakfast is really nice, service is top, it just can do with a bit of refresh in general, not a fun of the carpets either.

Place is a bit old fashioned. Room was spacious but has thin walls/floor. Car park was not available.

I cannot thank the AMAZING Staff at this hotel enough. Everyone and I mean everyone from the Front of House Staff ( big thank you to Sebastian) to the amazing Helma, to all the lovely staff who look after you at breakfast including the lovely egg Chefs. To the housekeeping. This hotel can only be described as a home from home. I miss the place already. This Hotel should always be your No 1 choice In Zürich.

Only stay here if you like to repeatedly come back! Because they this hotel Can become a habit!!! These folks are just awesome in service, smile, attitude and everything in hospitality!!!

A nice hotel close to the financial district of Zurich and the lake. A nice change from the international chains, Hotel Glaernischhof has good service and is unencumbered by electronic technology such as plastic cardkeys. The main reason I keep coming back is the truly excellent Swiss-style buffet breakfast.

Always stay here when visiting Zurich on business. Unfortunately we didn't quite get the welcome we usually get as they'd momentarily misplaced our details so didn't know that we were returning customers (my colleague and I). Nevertheless the rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable and the staff are great. The lady that ran the lounge bar was as friendly as always. Recommended.
