A very nice hotel with very friendly staff who still take time for guests and are kind and helpful. Great attention is paid to cleanliness. Breakfast 3 stars, dinner 5 stars. We would gladly return.

We decided to spend a weekend in Zurich and enjoy the terraces on our first sunny weekend in a long time. We booked half-board at a more than fair price. We received a very warm welcome with approachable and very friendly staff. The receptionist offered us ideas for exploring the city and some interesting addresses. In the evening, the staff was smiling and attentive during dinner. Appetizers, delicious XXL-sized ribeyes, and an excellent hamburger, along with dessert chosen from the menu, were free, only drinks were required. And then we say, Switzerland is expensive! Our hotels in France can take the cake. A wonderful time to enjoy restaurants again. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city. We will definitely return. Well done and thanks to all the staff.

Friendly service, generous extra check-out time, good breakfast. Room is OK, with good work desk and chair and coffee and mini bar selection. Strangely soft pillow not how I like it. As usual in too many hotels, there was no walk-in shower and one had to shower standing in the bad tube, and as too usual, the shower head could not be fixed in a proper position, but kept sliding down.
