Hotel Scheuble in Zurich

I booked this hotel from 19th to 23rd of April 26, I Checked in the room was very small, when its said its a double room, They say its garden view but there is no garden just the back of the building awful view. The worse part is when I asked for an Iron to iron my clothes the reception told me no we do not have irons if you want your clothes ironed you give it to house keeping and you have yo pay for each item and it will be done next day. I was shocked and confused I have never heard such a policy. I asked why didnt you tell me this at first she said oh i forgot. I asked to check out after 2 hours because this is unacceptable. She refused to give me a refund, When I threatened to call the police then she called her boss who charged me for one night 174 swiss francs because i was inside the room for two hours. This place is awful the customer service is unacceptable and the policy is not written anywhere. She couldnt show me in writing where this policy is… Please save yourself the stress and do not consider this place. The pics attached of the charges.

Very disappointing stay – unacceptable room condition
I stayed at this hotel for work and had a very unpleasant experience.
We called on the morning of arrival to confirm late check-in and were told it was available 24/7. Despite this, my colleague later received another call asking when we would arrive.
After check-in, I briefly got stuck in the elevator. The first room was clearly not clean (dirty sink and bed). The phone to reception did not work, so I went downstairs and was moved to the “last available room”, which was even worse: hair and stains in the sink and long dark hairs and greasy/oily stains on the bed sheet. A request for basic cleaning was refused.
The room had multiple additional issues: dusty kettle and coffee machine, dirty or extremely worn cutlery, an extremely hard bed with very thin pillows, constant noise from a ventilation system that could not be turned off, a strange light switching on at night, and freezing temperatures (in January). In the morning, the bathroom floor was so cold I had to put on my winter boots. There were no slippers or bathrobe, and the towel was far too small. In daylight, I noticed stains on the bathroom shelf that looked like makeup or possibly blood. Traffic noise was also clearly audible in the morning.
Importantly, my colleagues stayed on other floors in rooms of the same price category and reported no issues at all, which highlights serious inconsistencies in room quality.
The staff was friendly, and the lobby, lounge, coffee bar, breakfast area, and fireplace are nice and cozy. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and, in my case, unacceptably dirty.
