The hotel from top to bottom was Fabulous. Great staff, friendly and professional. Old World Charm at its best. Daily menus as well as full menu. Buffet Breakfast. Room was clean, spacious (double) with a small balcony. Pool, fitness room, location 5 minute walk to Bobsleigh Track and Cresta Run. Shuttle available at train station if needed. Email train arrival time ahead. I will be back soon!

Beautiful, traditional hotel. Staff all courteous and helpful. Restaurant food excellent. Spa and pool were really enjoyed after a long day of travel. Would like to return again.

It was nice but no room, service and stairs and no one to help

This hotel is quite old, but we adore the old-world charm it possesses. It is about 10 mins walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of St Moritz, and about 5 mins drive from the St Moritz train station. If you're taking the train, contact the hotel beforehand and they can pick you up from the train station free of charge. We booked the most basic room, which was already quite spacious though...

Easy access to public transportation Arrangement for the room key was a big mishap. Need to seek help from Hotel Victoria Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful.

The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful. The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom. The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it. Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.

There was no one at the main desk to check you in. The process to get a room key was not as described on the paper that was there to tell you how to check in.

The hotel boasts a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the lake. It features a fully equipped kitchen and excellent service.

Very clean, a lot of amenities and affordable

Very nice room, almost a small apartment. Very clean. The key worked perfectly.

Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area.

It was worth the trip. Although there were many people, it was beautiful and full of surprises.

The shower room is a little small, but I was able to stay there without any inconvenience. It is a little far from the station, but it is close to the bus stop.

The front desk and breakfast service were excellent, but the room cleanliness deserves zero points, practically a negative score. A terrible review is warranted – countless hairs were found on the sheets and pillowcases, making it almost impossible for us to sleep. We've never encountered such a disgusting hotel. The front desk and restaurant staff provided excellent service! Every communication was patient and considerate. The breakfast was rich in variety, and the most touching thing was that the staff personally served freshly ground Italian coffee one cup at a time☕️

Breathtaking views. Wonderful hotel. Beautiful view. Breathtaking. Just difficult to climb up the hill so recommend taking a taxi.

The hotel is good and the location great in the winter for skiing. Was hired as ski instructor for 4 days and stayed there with my guests. The menu isn't very big but the menu items rather overpriced. The rooms are small and basic. Went there for lunch again recently and it was ok but not great with a too high price tag.

Great place to rest and relax. The view is great and the staff is outstanding. My wife and children had to leave really early to catch a train and they setup a table for them to have breakfast, even when it was outside their usual time. Is a great hotel to experience St. Moritz without having to pay that premium hotel experience but still enjoy the best of Swiss hospitality.

The owner is really nice, and the hotel's decor is very tasteful. All the materials used are eco-friendly, with wood everywhere you look. Plus, the view outside the hotel is fantastic.

Although it is an old inn, the view of Lake St. Moritz from the room is incredibly beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The room was spacious, with painted patterns on the ceiling, resembling a palace. The windows were enormous, offering unparalleled views. From the train station, you can take an escalator up the mountain, cross the street, transfer to another escalator, and walk 100 meters to reach the hotel.

Arrived and was met by a very friendly guy, who welcomed me, gave me my keys and led me to my room. The room was clean. It had all I needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I would stay there again if I passed through Zurich again. I felt valued and comfortable there.

There is no one on duty at night. On case of emergency, no one help. I encounter electricity shut down at 9:xx at night and no one from hotel help. To go down to lobby and call the designated phone number.

Great experience in Art Hotel St. Moritz. Got picked up by their private van. Location is perfect only few steps to the slopes and also in the downtown district to enjoy Apreski. Skybar on rooftop has excellent view and service. Thanks all the hotel staff for making our trip amazing.

Great location and excellent service! Every member of team was phenomenal- especially Sarah! They really want to make your stay as wonderful as possible. This hotel is perfectly situated within St. Moritz with easy walking distance to the lake, shopping and restaurants. The staff is beyond courteous, polite and helpful. They kindly upgraded us to a very nice and stylishly appointed room. Their restaurant is excellent, and the included breakfast offers a broad selection and is a nice touch. Amazing stay! Staff were very attentive and polite! Restaurants inside were delicious. Perfect walking distance from everything.

There's free use of the sauna overlooking Lake St. Moritz, which is a must-see for sauna lovers. The rooms are very clean and luxurious, and there are several restaurants in the hotel at various price ranges, so convenience is also an issue. It was a very fond memory.

This is a very old hotel, small rooms. Only two restaurants are open, and they were understaffed. Breakfast was very basic, but it was good. We had one dinner in the dining room and it was not worth the price. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great that hotel provided complimentary shuttle service from St Moritz train station to hotel. The hotel breakfast was great and with great view. The room furniture is a bit dated and the toilet needed a fresh look. Overall, our stay at the hotel was great. Thank you.

It is a very historical hotel. It was off-season when we went, but the price was still high for us. You can see Lake St Moritz from the hotel balcony, which is great. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good.

We had a one day stay, wish it could have been a week. Hotel amenities were good, several eating places, Nice upper deck and very close to everything in St Moritz. Look to coming back in the near future.
