A cozy boutique hotel with warm swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Very friendly owner and staff. Clean and modern rooms with lots of storage. Very quiet with no noise from above rooms (although I could hear the neighbors TV through the wall sometimes). Heated boot and ski lockers. Central location close to shops and restaurants and a few steps to busses to the ski areas. We enjoyed our stay there and will come back. Just one note if you are a very light sleeper, the hotel is very close to a popular after ski pub.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Hotel Eden Wellness. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was ample and the location of the hotel was very convenient to the town and the bus stop to the slopes. Access to the spa area was a definite plus.

Outstanding customer service! We stayed at the Eden during the April 2025 snowstorm when Zermatt was cutoff from the World. Tamara and her team went out of their way to make sure we were fine, were fed, were fully informed and all the time with a smile and patience. Such a dedicated team. Exceptional

Wonderful hotel with good facilities and very very helpful staff. The Breakfast was outstanding and the wellness centre ticked all the boxes. The Hotel is well placed for the ski bus and there is a popular pub a few metres away as well as the ski hire shop. Would recommend the hotel, may be a tad warm in summer with no air-conditioning but the room had a balcony so it would be an easy solution to open the window.

Super friendly helpful and efficient staff very good facilities for the price. Good location near ski shuttle bus. Well laid out rooms well equipped too. Ski equipment lockers with boot heating was great

Our week in Zermatt and at Hotel Eden met every expectation when it comes to comfort and friendliness. We always return here and shall continue to do so in the future. Rooms, - the spa - the staff - the location; - it cannot be better for a couple or a family. We are already planning for 2026 and its all booked

Hotel Eden Wellness was brilliant. Good location, very clean. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Great pool & wellness centre. Rooms were excellent- good size & very comfortable. If & when we go back to Zermatt will have no hesitation in going back to Hotel Eden.

The scenery at the foot of the Zermatt Horn is pleasant, the room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the small courtyard is well-maintained.

This hotel was a great experience overall. The staff was very helpfull. 👍The room as well as the pool and the sauna were clean and very enjoyable. The included breakfast was amazing. And to top it off the view from our room was breathtaking ☀️
