We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and a big part of it was thanks to the amazing team. Director Francesco runs everything with great professionalism, passion, and attention to detail. You can really feel his leadership in the smooth organization and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to the animators Ugo, Nino, and Ercole — they were simply fantastic! Always energetic, friendly, and genuinely caring, they managed to involve everyone with enthusiasm and smiles. Their shows, activities, and constant good vibes made every day more fun and memorable. Thanks to this incredible team, our stay was not just a holiday, but a truly enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended — we can’t wait to come back!

Hotel Palumbo Waves, definitely not a 4 star hotel, unsatisfactory towels, the bathroom only with 2 small shampoos, the rooms without a TV (you pay €200 and they give you a room with a TV) the beach is far away, but they have a hotel shuttle service! The positive things; The manager very friendly and helpful. The reception guys always smiling and available. All the staff, waiters, cleaning ladies, entertainers and all the staff I would give 5 stars, all available, cheerful, smiling and professional. Especially the guy with the name Ultimo entertainer very cheerful, the girl Rahma who makes cocktails very professional! Then my favorite Naema waitress, an infinite sweetness, with a wonderful smile, if I had the chance I would take her home! 🥰❤️ The beautiful sea! The wonderful holiday Thank you Elvira

I had a really good time, incredible staff.. Nino, Il Biondo, Ultimo and Biaggio the strongest and nicest entertainers, they love their job and know how to make you laugh. Piccolino the sweetest and nicest of all, organizes TOP excursions. The staff is very kind and above all very good at welcoming their customers. The food is GODLY. There will be no shortage of opportunities to come back. Excellent cleaning.

I stayed at this resort for New Year's Eve, a week. Aside from the structure itself, very clean and the varied and excellent food, I was amazed by the people (so affectionate that I shed a few tears when I left): real people, clean, cheerful, always available and attentive (for example, I am gluten intolerant and the chefs every evening, when the situation arises, were careful to tell me what I could eat or not without me even asking). A special thanks to Biagio, the entertainer, a very sweet boy who entertained us for the whole holiday and with whom we were not only able to play and do many activities on the beach and in the evening, but who told us a lot about the local culture and the history of Tanzania; I also thank Biondo and Ultimo who, with him, always entertained us and made us feel a little at home. I also thank all the waiters, and the girl who took care of cleaning the room who left us a greeting card when we left. Finally all the Maasai who made us discover their traditions and especially Thomas who every day at the entrance always gave us a smile. Thank you because, even though I travel a lot, this short vacation gave me much more than other more elaborate trips, it really left me with sunshine inside. We will definitely be back.

I was in this resort during Christmas 2024 with my partner and it was wonderful. The essential location is very characteristic, contained in size as we like it. You eat very well and the staff is very kind and prepared. Too bad there is no Hard all inclusive and therefore alcohol must be paid for. The transfer to the beach via vans (Lalla Lalla) is very nice and in a few minutes passing through a typical village takes you to the beach. Right here there is a bar and a restaurant where you can have lunch with your feet in the sand... beautiful!!! The Italian management makes itself felt, thanks to the manager Francesco who has set up a staff of local guys who speak Italian very well and are able to satisfy every need of tourists, ULTIMO BIONDO and PICCOLO. We did 2 wonderful excursions, one done with the resort and the other with Ronaldo di Zanzibar with an office directly on the beach, highly recommended. The infinity pool on the beach with an adjoining bar where you can admire unforgettable sunsets is also very beautiful. Negative note given the proximity of the fishing village on the beach unfortunately there is a lot of plastic that also ends up in the sea and there are no containers to throw it away. Highly recommended resort and wonderful vacation.

In order: Welcome 10 and praise. Smiling, serene staff, beautiful visual impact. Large, very clean room, no problems ever encountered. Breakfast and dinner in the facility, wide choice, homely flavors, not too much but not too little either. Just right. If you expect ham in the morning, just wait. We are in Africa on a 99% Islamic island. But you won't miss it. Road to the sea made on the DALA DALA, a very cute van that passes through a village. Heartbreaking. Beach 10 and praise (annoying sellers but OUTSIDE the Palumbo territory). Lunch on the beach 10 and praise. Francesco, the manager, a fantastic person. Excellent entertainer and sublime person. Canteen head waiter who with his MAGNÀ MAGNÀ makes you die laughing. Wonderful entertainment. Super entertainers (a mention for the 3 crazy ULTIMO, BIONDO AND NINO, super nice). The Palumbo Kendwa is worth trying. You will not be disappointed.

Great hotel for a good price. We stayed at the both hotels. Both were nice however the sister hotel was closer to the beach. The stay are friendly. The hotels are nice and well priced.
