It was in line with expectations. The hotel is in a good location, but it is not convenient to drive in. You need to walk a stone road to get in. The room space is a bit cramped. Because of the spacing between old buildings, the windows are basically directly next to the building opposite. I booked late and there were no other room types to choose from. I was mentally prepared in advance. There is a restaurant on the top floor with beautiful scenery and delicious breakfast. I arrived nearly 2 hours early, and the front desk helped me coordinate the availability of the room to check in early. Overall, it is good and suitable for a one-night stay in Stone City.

The hotel is in Stone Town, close to the road outside. The breakfast is good. The restaurant is on the rooftop with a nice view of the sea. The room is clean and sanitary. It is very close to the beach and very convenient. There is also a night market nearby, but it is not recommended as it will cheat tourists. Overall, it is recommended.

Realy LOVE this hotel. Super location, beautiful old building with great views from the rooftop restaurant. comfy big rooms, nice pool, and superfriendly en helpful staff. Would defenitely come back if I have the chance.

Stayed here while we spent an evening in Stonetown, lovely hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well-kept with the charm of a period Zanzibarian building.

Private pool with loungers that you can be served both food and drinks at, perfect place to relax amongst a lovely manicured garden.

Dinner and drinks on the rooftop terrace to see the sun set over the harbour water. Food was excellent with great seafood and continental dishes. Drinks were reasonable and solidly strong with lots of cocktails.

My wife has stayed here before and we would both stay here again! Thank you Seyyida!

It's good, but there is no parking space. It cost 20 dollars to park on the street.

Advantages: Hotel located at the port which allows you to explore the entire old town on foot. The room is nice and spacious and the bathroom was generally clean. The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is pretty good (especially the egg menu items) and the one dinner we had there was excellent. The view from the rooftop is magnificent.

Disadvantages:
The neighborhood is very noisy and the room (303) was under the rooftop restaurant so there was a lot of noise until at least 11pm and from 6am in the morning.
Even though the bathroom was clean we found 2 cockroaches.
