Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

The condition of hotel very old and not like seeing in booking website like Agoda, Booking.com… The service assistance and neatness is damn bad. Not at all worthy for the money that the hotel is charging while comparing to the other hotels at same place and price in Pattaya. I lives in Thailand around 10 years and I’ve never experienced this much poor maintained hotel anywhere around.

Great resort near the beach! 🌴 Staff were friendly and helped with our luggage. Clean rooms, good service, and perfect location for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend! 😊

I stayed in this hotel for four days. The location is good, but the security is not convenient. The smoking areas can be jumped from one room to the other. It is not convenient at all. The swimming pool is convenient. The service is also good. The people who carry the bags are also good. The main bad thing is the security. When we sleep at night, I am afraid. Why do people from other rooms attack us? The balcony of the room is because we can swim.

Perfect location, quite place. Rooms is little old, sometimes you can see ants inside the room, but very rarely. Breakfast not so variative. You need to give 1000 baht for deposit, safety box only on reception. Recommended this hotel, also because of price.🫰

One of the best hotel experience. The staff is so sweet and courteous. A lot of small things which cannot be described like calling the elevator for you when they see you walking to it, etc. Food options are less but food quality and taste are really good. They also have beer and food combos for in room dining. 5 min walk from the beach.

A bit old hotel but everything is clean, room is clean, swimming pool is clean, aircon is cold, staff are nice, location is good, walking distance to the Pattaya beach (100-200m). A lot of street food fairs nearby. Overall it is an OK hotel. Close to 7/11 and massage places.

Spacious rooms, room service is very nice. Staff are well trained and very helpful. The property is located at just 100 mtrs walking distance from the Pattaya Beach Road. See View from the Balcony. The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. I stayed at this property for 9 days and my experience was just awesome. I recommend this property to anyone who is travelling and wants to enjoy the vibe of Pattaya Beach Road.

I mean you really can't beat this place, beachfront rooms, has a restaurant with actually good food and a massage parlor built-in.

I recently stopped by The Beachfront Resort with my partner for a morning meal and coffee, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The coffee definitely stood out – incredibly strong, possibly the strongest coffee in Pattaya! It gave us a good laugh and certainly woke us up for the day. The menu was also a nice surprise, with a decent range of vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. However, it was a little disappointing to see no choice of dairy-free milks, especially as more and more people are looking for alternatives like oat or soy. The setting was relaxed, the service was friendly, and the view made it a lovely place to start the day. With a couple of small improvements, it could easily become a top breakfast spot.

We had serious issues with both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the room. When we informed the receptionist, their reaction was rude and visibly irritated, with no sense of professionalism. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable — their attitude was actually frightening. It was so bad that we decided not to stay even a single night, despite having paid for two. The room was simply uninhabitable.
Also, the Wi-Fi on the 5th floor was completely unusable — no signal at all. We had to try connecting to other floors, but even then the signal was weak and unstable.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Missing items. Purchased 2 dress at floating market. Checked out and forgot them in dresser. Called them that evening and the receptionist said she would check with the cleaning staff. Got the call back and was told cleaning staff haven't seen it. I ask if they could check now, but she said room was occupied. Called back the next day and receptionist said no dresses to be found.
FYI, the dresses were cheap, my wife just liked them. If the staff is saying they haven't seen them, be careful of them not seeing any of your expensive items.
