rooms are clean and the stuff are very helpfull.
The AC blower are very old and noise couldn't sleep well at night
Staff is friendly and understands English reasonably well. The pool is fantastic with a depth of about 4 feet through out and open from 8am - 8:30 pm if im not wrong.
For extension of check out time you have to pay 200bht/hr according to availability.
Washroom shower has running hot and cold water. Commode has a hand shower/bidet
7-11 and Tops located very close to either exits of Soi 5.

Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, no matter what they are there to help you with a smile.
Also, the Wi-Fi on the 5th floor was completely unusable — no signal at all. We had to try connecting to other floors, but even then the signal was weak and unstable.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
FYI, the dresses were cheap, my wife just liked them. If the staff is saying they haven't seen them, be careful of them not seeing any of your expensive items.
