Pretty good. My mom was very happy with our trip. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, and while there's a shuttle, it doesn't run very often. The hotel staff, however, were excellent – patient, professional, warm, and attentive.

Good hotel for a couple of nights. It’s a smaller hotel but all the amenities are fine. Gym is a little small but functional. Close to the beach and had a free shuttle bus service.

The hygiene was excellent, and the room smelled lovely. This hotel is located in the southern part of Phuket, near Nai Harn Beach, which is a bit out of the way, but the upside is that it's not noisy. It's about a 15-minute walk to 7-Eleven. There aren't many dining options nearby, so it's not as convenient as other beaches. However, the hotel's price wasn't excessively high. There weren't many Chinese guests. The hotel's pool was very comfortable and spacious. The front desk service was great, and one of the staff members spoke excellent Chinese. Overall, the service was good. However, the restaurant didn't have a price list, and the prices were very inflated, so I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel's massage service is highly recommended – it was excellent. But the hotel's facilities are a bit old. The air conditioning was very noisy. Even after calling for room service, they didn't fix it. The air conditioning was so loud I couldn't sleep.

This will likely be my last time trusting a Wyndham hotel. Every Wyndham property I've stayed at has been a letdown. First off, the hotel's underground parking is incredibly basic – no elevator, tiny, and it smells. Second, when I entered the room, I kid you not, there were close to 100 mosquitoes everywhere. It was absolutely terrifying. I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but they refused. About fifteen minutes later, they brought up a mosquito coil, but the smell was so strong we couldn't even stay in the room, so we left. When we came back, we found dozens of dead mosquitoes. Thankfully, we didn't get bitten while sleeping, but seeing so many mosquitoes upon entry was extremely unpleasant. Third, the hotel's facilities are subpar, especially the central air conditioning – it's incredibly loud and made it impossible to sleep. Finally, check-out was a hassle. I paid a deposit upon check-in, and at check-out, the front desk sent a staff member to inspect the room, which took over fifteen minutes. Do they really need that long to inspect a room when there's a deposit? Anyone rushing to catch a flight should be wary. In short, I don't recommend any Wyndham hotel.

Even though it was a bit crowded after Chinese New Year, the service was still on point, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The environment here is pretty good, and there are a lot of swimming pools. I stayed for three nights, and on the first night, my room wasn't cleaned, even though I had requested housekeeping. The breakfast was decent, and there's a shuttle bus to Nai Harn Beach.

The service at Wyndham Nai Harn Beach is great. If you're on a motorbike, they'll even help you check for oncoming traffic around corners. We also received a welcome drink upon check-in.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Nai Harn Beach, but it's a quick ride if you have a scooter. There are also 7-11s and other convenience stores nearby (I highly recommend Elite Bike for scooter rentals; the French owner is very friendly).

Our one-bedroom suite was as pictured, but instead of facing the hotel pool, it looked out onto a rather unpleasant-smelling lake, which was a bit of a letdown.

We didn't purchase breakfast, so I can't comment on it. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, but that's a common issue in Southeast Asia, so remember to bring your own repellent.
