Stayed in a bungalow with a fan. It was pleasant to sleep, not too hot. The outside bungalow looks very nice and the garden is pretty.
Internet is really bad. The bathroom looks like nobody cleaned it for a year. I don't mind ants and geckos but the cockroach was too much for me.
There are much better places for this value.

The resort itself seems very nice and tranquil, but the rooms, staff and facilities are very basic. A few good Thai restaurants nearby though!

The place is a little run down. They gave us a room with a faulty air conditioner and a non functional shower (no hot water and very weak stream). We demanded a different room, got one with better AC but the shower is still pretty bad and was infested with ants. The door doesn't close all the way and the lock doesn't seem to do much. There was no safe in the rooms, only lockers in reception which is very inconvenient.
The overall aesthetic of the place is very chilled out, the porch with the hammock is definetly a vibe, and the beds are comfy. Overall not a terrible experience but will not return.

Be-aware before booking this hotel. Booking this hotel can spoile your whole vacation.
We have made the booking well in advance to get the availability and better prices. Later they figured out that the demand is higher for those dates and they cancelled our booking by giving some random excuse. This was done clearly to get higher prices.
This is a pure scam and I think that is the reason the only accept cash.

I knew to expect bugs, especially in Thailand, but this place was a nightmare for me. By the end of one night my entire suitcase was infested with ants and I had to check out early and move to a different hotel to curb the infestation. You can see bugs crawling near the bathroom sink and after a couple hours there was a swarm near/in my contact lens solution. Two frogs came into the bathroom via the sewer drain, there were spiders the size of my hand, and many more. All of this (except the ant suitcase infestation) would have been tolerable for the area but I didn’t experience anything like this at other hotels/hostels nearby.

Lovely family, nice and clean bungalows. You can choose the small ones with fan (cheaper) or bigger (a/c and fridge).

Room's ac smelled like urin , the room and bathroom was just dirty and smelled horrible, which was just made worse by the whole can of cheap air freshener, which was desperately emptied out to cover the smell- but like this you could taste it in your mouth. We used our brought towel instead of the blanket to cover us, my friend reported of bugs crawling on him so I guess that was clever of us. The other bungalows looked nice, so I guess if they dont overlook your reservation you could have a at least "normal" experience.

**very clean bungalows. friendly stuff. scooter for rent. good kitchen, family cooking. beautiful clean and quiet garden. 2 minute walk to beach. seven eleven next to resort. good service, low price.

The above remark of being in the middle of nowhere is not correct,
you're at 50m from the main road where plenty of taxis pass by who can bring you to the parties at less than 5km away.
If this is "in the middle of nowhere" you better go on holidays in a city.
