The property is well located, but very, very old, and maintenance is extremely minimal, in some cases practically nonexistent.
Room cleaning is limited to changing the towels (which are actually clean and smell nice), sweeping the floor, providing two bottles of water, and changing the bed sheets (which are often old and yellowed). The toilet is not cleaned (there is a brown stain from stagnant water), nor is the floor properly washed. They provide two glass cups but do not wash them. Sometimes they provide small bottles of shampoo and soap, but they often forget.
The pool is beautiful, but unfortunately the water is very cloudy because the filtration system is rarely turned on (see video)
The reception is often unattended. Despite official hours from 8am to 10pm, about 60–70% of the times I needed assistance, no one was there and there was no way to reach them.
There is no bar or restaurant within the property.
I stayed in these bungalows for 12 days (booked in advance)
The price is high considering the management seems entirely focused on cutting costs.
The beach is overcrowded, the water isn’t clean enough, and there’s an overall feeling of dirtiness in the sea.
The café charges money for basic facilities - even for a one-minute shower and for using the restroom.
Not recommended.
