The staff are extremely friendly. The room is a little dated but is well planned with enough shelf space n laundry drying possibilities for a longer stay.

We’ve stayed at various places along Thong Nai Pan beach, but we keep coming back here—and for good reason. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. The food is great, and the breakfast buffet never disappoints—it's a daily highlight for our kids! It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and reliable spot on the beach.

Stayed at this place for 3 days and The location is the best hardly 50 steps to the beach. Beautiful clean secluded beach. Good food- and the owners soooo humble, staff are extremely polite and helpful- highly recommend this place.

Wonderful family friendly hotel. Stayed here with our 2 teens, originally booked for 4 days but booked an extra night as it was so lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly, they even helped us retrieve our Son’s backpack when he left it behind upon check out, with the owner driving it to the port at 7:30 am! Very peaceful and relaxing area of Koh Pangan. I agree with the other comments that guests have made that there are sometimes a lack of sunbeds but that’s more about other travellers laying towels down when they are not using the beds.

We are visiting from New York, and staying nearby. 2 families came for breakfast. We were the only table in the restaurant, literally no other customers. We tried to order shakes and were told we were too loud and that we should go somewhere else. We have been on Koh Phangan for a week and never had a problem. The 4 kids were just talking to each other, no yelling. We were speaking multiple languages, and the server said he knew where we were from and we had better go somewhere else. After so many visits on this island where everyone is so welcoming, this experience was shocking. Luckily, there are plenty of fabulous options nearby where staff don't discriminate based on their preconceived notion of who you are and where you are from.

You get a lot from the 3 stars… good breakfast, great location with an authentic Thai atmosphere… relaxed and good food. The real Thailand far away from mass tourism. Note - not any rooms on online booking, write directly to them!

You get what you pay for. Great location with awesome access to the beach. Everything was as we expected; however, staff is rather reactive than proactive. It is a bit of a shame, as this place has so much potential. I would still recommend staying here for some nights and enjoying the local vibe through other places on the beach. It is good to take upper-floor rooms; they are more private.

When we were going on a night market tour organised by Havana Beach Resort, Koh Phangan, my grandma was thrown from the back of a truck onto the road, as the rear door had not been shut by the driver, and broke both her shoulders. She had to be repatriated and suffered life changing injuries. The hotel have never taken any responsibility for the accident that happened last summer. This caused life changing damage to my grandma's health and ruined what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime holiday.

A wonderful resort in a quiet corner of Koh Phangan. Breakfast right on the beach is delicious, with a wide selection of options. The restaurant also serves tasty dishes, including a barbecue. Various services are available for a small additional fee, such as laundry or taxi service. Due to its remote location, I recommend renting a scooter (available near the resort) to explore the island. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find a small village with a supermarket and an amazing food street. We’d love to come back here! :)

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to for this hotel. They took my 83 year old grandma out on one of their night market tours. The driver loaded my grandmother in the back of the truck and forgot to close the rear door. He then took the handbrake off, rolled back and then slammed the breaks which threw my grandmother out onto the tarmac. She broke both her shoulders and it has been a life altering injury. The hotel are refusing to communicate with us (they have not even provided the accident report which we have requested). Please avoid this hotel at all costs. They completely ruined my grandmother’s health (and less importantly our holiday) and are refusing to take accountability for it.
