Nice location, near beach and 15 min walk to all the cafes and bars. Peach on reception is lovely. Think I was only Brit here in the 8 days I stayed. Pool was lovely to cool down in. Loved the chilled vibe here ❤️

Very reasonable priced Hotel. Not that good rooms and breakfast is quite poor (Although its just 2$ day)

But the pool is nice, its quiet and its VERY CLOSE to a good beach. (100m) and a good restaurant and massage (Chicken house! Try it!!!)

1km from central. Very good Bikes for rent (1,5$ day) to drive there easily a safe road with no traffic.

Reception closes 10pm.

I recommend if you want to save money and use the Hotel just for sleeping. If you want a ”resort” then pick the ones that are 3 times more expensive.

I had a great week at Summerhouse 2. 1 minute away you find the beach where you can stroll along for hours. The beach is nice and beautiful. You can also find a massage place and a restaurant.
The staff is very friendly. Cleaning every day.

The matress is a bit hard but the staff provides toppers. The room is very easy, but there is all you need.
Fridge as well and AC.
It is very quiet and I could sleep very well.
To the center / market it is a bit far by foot (20minutes walk) but also this is fine.

I really had a great time. Bum the host is great. She helped me find a place when I came back to Khao Lak and when I wanted to extend my stay she made it possible for me to stay in the room I was, even though she had bookings.
She made me feel at home.
Thank you so much! I love this place.

Zweckmäßige Zimmer in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Freundliches Personal. Jack macht tolle Ausflüge. Auch der Flughafenfransfer war gut und günstig. Wir waren 3 Wochen und haben uns total wohl gefühlt.

We got a budget fan room for a very good price, although in April I'd recommend air-con as it was very hot. Lovely big pool with loungers and outside shower. 2min walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of good restaurants very close and breakfast served at Summer house. Pictures are of the beach in front.

I am an elderly seasoned independent traveller. Though I liked the 'resort'at first and ignored my spouse's observation that staff were not friendly did discover my wife was right: moreover, AC was barely working,fridge shuts down when you leave room, ie not on an independent circuit. We paid for 4 days upfront and decided to stay for another 4 days, told management on 2nd day, but were evicted with 4-hour notice on morning of 5th day because" we had not paid for the extra 4 days in advance", though we truly had never been asked to do so. Things can get lost in translation but management in that place is definitely unfriendly and somewhat dodgy. So beware....life is too short.

Nice little 2* hotel near the beach (200m). Clean rooms nice service. Little poolarea in the center. Normally quiet place.
Perfect for people who normally stay at the beach during the day. Walk to the center of the village is about 10-15 minutes where you will find a lot of restaurants. One of the best is Chef Jimme Restaurant at the beginning of the main road. The hotel also offers breakfast but you can have breakfast also at the beach at any hotel or little restaurants.
