I had a wonderful stay at Impress Resort! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The staff are lovely and the place is clean, located right by the road close to food options.

Location is a little remote, not near beaches, but does have some good restaurants nearby, staff are friendly and helpful, however the quality of water (Shower etc) is poor, the water supply for the shower and sink, was brown and smelled of rust, staff said they could put additives in to clear the water, which they did, however the metallic rusty smell remained, will not stay here again, unless this is rectified.

In general, the hotel was really good. I especially liked the staff — they were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy and always quiet. The location is also great because the hotel is about 100 meters away from the road, so you can hardly hear the noise from motorbikes.

Nice pool, staff, breakfast, massage!
There are full of traveler, but no noise between others room. Not too expensive and too cheep. Pretty good price and nice location to go other place

This hotel is great; it's clean and safe. I've stayed here many times. Whenever I travel to Phuket, I always message the hotel on LINE to book a room.
