Hotels on first line in Chaweng Beach

I had a great time staying here. I liked the breakfast; you could choose what you want to eat. I liked the swimming pool at the beach. Near beach, shops, pharmacy and restaurants. All staff is helpful and friendly.

I was a bit surprised by some of the other reviews, as everything was fine for us. We had a deluxe room in the main building. Both swimming pools, the one in the main building and the one by the beach, were nice

The beach pool bar was reasonably priced and had good service. At breakfast, you can choose exactly what you want. Housekeeping comes every day, also bringing water for the fridge

Rooms are clean but the housekeeper did not refill shampoo. The body wash and shampoo quality are pretty poor and should be improved. The seaside swimming pool is nice although can get crowded at times

It’s a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the main ***** in Chaweng. It has a lovely corner of the beach to itself, which is great for relaxing. I highly recommend here.

Location right on the beach, room dated but fine for a 2 night stay

I was suppose to write a better post and never did and I feel bad. This is a great vacation spot with beautiful beaches and a great attentive staff. This place had great food and recommendations for day trips

The food is fantastic! The service at the beach bar/restaurant was great too. Really good mix of Western and Thai dishes.

Nice and cozy hotel near the beach. It is located a bit outside chaweng town centre which is nice for a laid back holiday!

We got married here on July 7th 2004. We went back to visit in 2016 and found that it hadn't changed much at all. Very quiet but the beach really is a Coral Bay so be careful!

Reliable stuff, friendly, beautiful tropic garden, fantastic athmosphere, cosy bungalows, tremedious kitchen! Great service. Me and my family really enjoyded our stay

The hotel is quite and the people are nice and ready to help us with everything, the location is quite far from the center but the coffee shops around was good.

Very good value for money. Decent sized and clean room. Small pool and relaxation area. You need transport to get around as its a long way from main shops and nightlife

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. It's a little out of the way so best to have transport like a moped for getting in/out. The A/C could have been better but all in all a very good stay I would recommend.

Location is good if you have a scooter. Not too far from the town or beaches. The pool isn't as large as it looks in the pictures. WiFi is good, breakfast not included

This is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Thailand in terms of value and hospitality. The staff is very welcoming and helpful - and I can’t say enough good things. They also have a pool to enjoy if you desire

The rooms are clean with aircon. The resort is a very beautiful tropical garden. The main pool is the place to hangout during the day. Easy to make connections and friends. The boys Jun and Val are terrific

Ambience is nice around the pool area… it has a tropical feel. The pool and the public areas close down at 9pm and to find a nice retreat in your room is where we found it challenging

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with a swimming pool and sauna. However, the standard rooms are small, and the bathroom is tiny and has no partitions, so it's always wet after a shower

Small but neat and clean area. Good though not too deep pool. Great sunbeds. Large rooms. Of the minuses - the room, the bulb weak.

Hotel rooms were beautiful, very well equipped with all toiletries , slippers , flip flops , beach towels etc. Very little choice for breakfast and hot food was generally cold

The pool also have an jacuzzi kind of area wish is nice. Beautifully located next to the beach this is an Ideal spot

We were here for 14 days with our 11 and 8 year old kids and had a great time. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. The location is great, with nice pool areas and straight on the beach when seeking sea water

The resort is beautiful and well taken care of with an impressive walking path from the reception down to the pool. A big pool area with plenty of sunbeds and attentive staff making sure you have what you need

Lots of potential but old and definitely not 4 stars. The location is beach front but no good sea to swim in. Tha rooms are huge and cleaned daily but it are old and not pampering

The cottage is spacious and cozy; we thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks there. Breakfasts are always the same, but generally delicious. There's a great pool with a great view, a sauna, and billiards

The people are the main advantage of this place. They're wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help. I wouldn't want to dwell on the shortcomings, as they're not that significant considering the location

I've stayed at several hotels in Koh Samui and Phuket, and these guys are the most efficient. Minimal interaction is needed, and issues are resolved quickly; it's like they're not even there, but everything gets done

For this budget, it's a great deal. The only thing I'll say is the road noise and bikes can be a nuisance, but since this is northern Chaweng, not the center, there's no other noise

They prohibit passage; I even tried bribing the security, but it didn't work. The nearest public access to Chaweng beach is about 1200 meters one way. We rented a car, and that solved the issue

The staff were friendly and responsive. The pool was great and refreshing. As for the downsides: the grounds aren't treated for mosquitoes, so they fly into the rooms and bite you by the pool

We stayed at the hotel for a week in a Deluxe Bungalow. Be aware that while the sea is 100 meters away, you won't be able to access it due to other hotels blocking the way

A very nice and quiet place. 👍 Helpful staff. The grounds are clean, and the room is cleaned daily. The pool is deep enough, from 1m to 1m60cm, so you can dive in. Say hello to Omo the cat... I'll definitely be back.

This is a very, very good hotel, easily accessible by scooter. The staff are top-notch.

Well, I changed rooms, got a twin bed, 50 francs a night. It was pleasant, quiet, nice, and the room service was good. A real pleasure!

Reception and room is comfortable, nothing bad to say , parking location all is ok Normaly swimming pool are nice but this time was green problem of filter Anyway i will go again , if they don’t make price up ☺️

The hotel is excellent for this price. There's no dryer on the balcony. The air conditioner is right next to the bed. The TV only has four channels, so you can't watch anything online.

Overall, I like it. It is another choice that I will come back to use again.

A beautifully located resort in Bophut near the Bangrak pier, from where is a ferry to fort connection to the other islands 🏝 of Gjlf of Thailand. The staff is very friendly and helpful, smiling 😃 always

There is a party ship not far that plays music at night, the basses of which can be heared and felt. Though for me, not in a way that disturbs sleep. Some one star reviews complain of not getting access to the beach

We had the bungalow right on the beach. Great! However, we had bad luck with the weather and the waves were high – very loud, which you could hear even in the bungalow

The rooms are really nice, and easy access between the pool and bedrooms and beach etc was a massive plus. Breakfast every morning was really nice, and the meals at the poolside restaurant were pretty good quality

The breakfast had a great selection of Thai and Western options. Bar food in the day and dinner at the fire night were delicious. (Loved the Gyozas) The pool was lovely although we mainly went to the beds on the beach

We stay here for 5 days and we love our stay here. I stay in Junior Suite Pool view. In room is well-furnished and clean. The beach here also nice with the restaurant of hotel ,we enjoy have a drink and enjoy our beach

Located in perfect spot by the chaweng beach. I didn't even moved 20 feet from the resort since everything was so close by. Rooms have tasteful decor, the pool stays open till 10 pm and staffs were very warm

I have celiac disease and they were extremely understanding and helped me get delicious food that was safe for me to eat

Room size ok - everything available what you need. Beds are partly saggy (Not for elder people!), no noise protection, wifi ok, pool is large. The hygiene of the breakfast buffet is marginal (Don't try fruits and salad)

Amazing Staff, Views and closeness to the sea are unbeatable. If you’re a dog lover, remember to say hi to the super floofy Goldens, Husky and adorable Soi dogs that call this place home

Highly recommended! A small tip: try not to book the very first bungalow near the street, as there’s a pub across the road that plays loud music until around midnight

However, this wasn’t really a problem for us — once we mentioned it to the staff, they immediately offered us another bungalow without any hassle

A good hotel for budget travelers or if you like active recreation and spend little time in the hotel. The room is clean, modest, but cozy, has everything you need, there is a balcony. If necessary, the room is cleaned

Everything was great. They mixed up the dates, but recalculated everything. Excellent hotel for the price.

As a result, we had to turn it on and off every half hour while keeping the balcony door closed. The room can be cleaned daily upon request. It has a good shower, equipped with towels, shower gel and shampoo

On the roof there is a swimming pool (average cleanliness) with sun loungers, but it will do for sunbathing

Budget accommodation in Chaweng. Good location near the beach and attractions. Rooftop pool with a nice view. Friendly staff. Clean rooms but small and can be a bit noisy. Good for budget travelers.

Good value apartment with pool The stay was good however no water is provided in room from booking which should be included as standard like all other hotels

Excellent value for money, the structure seems new, clean and spacious rooms. The swimming pool is beautiful, well looked after. A 5 minute scooter ride takes you to Chaweng beach

Good pool nice rooms but I really miss some sort of kitchen appliances. And a water heater for tea and coffee.

Going through the reception and coming out at the back to the areas with the rooms is like walking through to a tropical Narnia - you couldn't hear the busy road if you tried, and the pool overlooking the vast sea and horizon is amazing

You really can’t enjoy your trip there because you can not relax at the beach, nor pool, nor in your room from in the morning at 7:30 - 17:30. This is a terrible service and should not be accepted

I’m back at Punnpreeda Beach Resort for the third time, and since the renovation it’s become even more beautiful. The people here are incredibly kind and helpful – I always feel so comfortable and welcome

Hidden gem close to Chaweng. Quiet hotel with a nice pool to relax. If you want to party, the walking street is a 5 min taxi drive or 20 min walk away. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy bed. Highly recommended :)

Since we were traveling with two little children they recommended a beach suitable for children and even drove us there. Affordable rooms in the most expensive area of Koh Samui

Very nice hotel! We loved our stay. It felt so local and unique. The stuff is super friendly and the room are very clean. Fresh towel each day, ac in the room and no problem with insects getting in! Recommend

She organized an airport tansfer early in the morning for us and even rescheduled it when we realized, our initial timing was off. The pool looks very nice and refreshing but we sadly had no time for a dip

Can't be happier! The ladies are amazing, they upgraded our room, they were so friendly and helpful! And they had the room ready for us in the morning after the fullmoon and they kept our bags so we could enjoy the party

What a great place! Came here with family for a day of sea sport and had great fun. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. We also had lunch which was one of the best meals we had in Samui

I recently stayed at the Samui Pier Beach Front Resort and I had an amazing time. The resort itself is beautifully situated right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water

We didn’t stay at Samui Pier but did visit for lunch and let our teenagers burn off some energy in the water park. And returned multiple times over our 2 week stay further along the beach

The pool is awesome for families and the ninja aqua park is an amazing addition
