The waves were too strong to go swimming during my visit. The breakfast was good, but the location is a bit out of the way. The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. Replenishing drinking water and room cleaning were very prompt.

Excellent hotel. We stayed in the building near the sea. The gym was decent, and the breakfasts were good – both kids and adults found plenty to eat. The rooms were cozy and clean. The grounds aren't huge but lovely, and there's a shopping mall within walking distance.

The hotel looks quite new or maintained. The room are OK. Only thing is the aircone is horrible. I switched 4 times to annother temperature (25 degrees) , but öfter a while is was falling bakc to 20 degrees. So I woke up and was completely freezing and got a cough and cold.

The location is superb. The hotel is new and modern. The only thing to be aware of is that it's divided into two buildings. The second building is located across the street, and its views are vastly different and less desirable ☹️. It's on the bigger side for an resort. Rooms are nice, clean and staff is nice as well. There are just a few things that I expected better at this resort. 1. Food of the restaurant is mediocre at best and takes ages to arrive. 2. Beach towels are always gone, sometimes have to wait two hours. 3. Lighting of restaurant at night is not really nice. Spent part of our honeymoon here! Beautiful beach and excellent service! Our room had a sweet pool and hot tub. Chan did an amazing job helping us with adjusting our itinerary as needed! Good hotel to relax and get some quiet time. I’d recommend for a trip where you are looking to spend a lot of relaxing time at the resort to get your money’s worth!

A nice hotel in a central location. Close to a mall, shops and several attractions. We spent there two nights, one in a regular room and one in a better room. This is a good hotel with three buildings and its own cozy courtyard. It has a nice, small pool, and there's also a large parking lot for motorbikes and cars. Plenty of cafes and shops are within walking distance, and it's not far from the sea. Breakfast isn't included, but it's not really needed.

The hotel is about a kilometer from Lamai Beach. Right outside, you'll find Lamai Market, a pharmacy, restaurants, and massage places – it's incredibly convenient. The balcony in the room was quite spacious, perfect for lounging comfortably.

A bit pricier than the kind of places I normally stay, but totally worth it. Close to the beach and the night market but secluded and quite quiet, it's the perfect place to stay. They bring you new water everyday and the swimming pool is a great place to cool off.

We stayed 14 nights here and absolutely loved the hotel and its location. Every single staff member is amazing and full of smiles, no matter what was needed. Only 1 point down for storage space in the room as for 2 people we had very limited options of hanging clothes or putting clothes away. We highly recommend this place!!! We would return anytime 😊
