Five stars for the price and location. The location is in the middle of the action, however, it does get noisy at night if you're worried about a good nights sleep. Nice service, good beds, everything you need.

Five star for the location, clean rooms and toilets. For the price you can't complain and ask more

Only problem is if you are travelling with your family you need to pass through all the ladyboys at night as there is a Carabet for them just across the hotel

You need not worry about the noise which I felt was kept low only until 1 a

Best hotel to stay on chaweng beach i had find very bad reviews but i take the chances and booked the hotel it was clean reception person and all staff is soo humble and very helpful specially san hotel location is also at very prime place i dont know why the reviews are wrong but i find it a good place to stay

The location is good for the beach, shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel backs on to a nightclub, that plays music until 4am, so is a struggle for sleeping. The entrance to reception is through a shop

Great stay! Staff very friendly and pro active. Rooms great value for the price. Location is perfect if you want to be around everything in Chaweng. A/C perfect no issues with water. Would recommend 10/10.

Only stayed for a night. Right in the town located by lots of bars and restaurants. Was alittle loud at night but what do you expect being on the main road.

Telling us where to go, giving us great advice about the area and even going out of their way to get my laundry early when I needed it! Thanks heaps guys

Good location close to Chaweng main street although the massage places and girly bars it's surrounded by are pretty intense grabbing you trying to pull you in as you try to get to 7/11

Fresh clean bedding, lovely spacious rooms with air con, a balcony, hot showers and a free gym too! Staff were lovely as well and good location

That being said there is an escape road straight to the lake avoiding all that

We are backpackers and specifically chose this hotel due to the fact it was cheap & had a gym. When we arrived, not only was there no record of our booking but we got given a room with no working shower

Reasonably priced hotel with swimming pool and great food. Close to all the shops etc. Good breakfast and the staff can't do enough for you. Would definitely book again ?

Has a pool, pool table, table tennis, and great and cheap food and drinks! Has so much potential for being more social, I think a few organised events would be perfect! The beds, pillows, and sound proofing aren’t the best, but it’s good for a short stay

Honestly the best service I have had ever, I forgot something at the hotel and they went out of their way to try and look for a solution. And a plus point the food is amazing and cheap. I definitely recommend going here!

Very nice & helpful staff, location is great to get to the rest of the island, get something to eat or rent a scooter. Everything you need is right around the corner. The community is great and the facilities are clean

Just returned from a great vacation at koh Samui and we stayed at Sareeraya villas & suites. We took the suite at the 3rd (and last floor) with the sea view. Very clean, spacious, cozy, calm, with a great location

Amazing private rooms away from the noise of central chaweng beach, but close enough to walk if you want to get in on the action

The location is on the beach, near 3-4 restaurants and 3-4 massage etc, about 5 minutes motorcycle ride from the real action though. The restaurant is top notch, but a bit on the pricey side

The hotel 100% meets all standards, the breakfasts are delicious, the gym is well-equipped, and the view from the pool is out of this world

Beautiful well maintained area. Villas are spacious new and clean. Great service everyone's very nice. Just a note you will hear loud frog notices at night and you might even end up with one in bed (as we did 😂)

The location though is a little bit off the main centre of entertainment life (which for one may be good for other bad)

The infinity pool looks out over Chaweang Beach, beach access, and have a swim up bar; there are lounge chairs along the beach with umbrellas and tables for your cocktail or meal

The beach is lovely, the shade can be a bit of an issue but we managed it!

We Always stay here when on transit days in Samui Love the place location beach, only thingy : hope hotel is reading it : they need to air out the rooms, the linen/ pillows / mattress start smelling damp (compared to last year we stayed) other than that slice of heaven

They prohibit passage; I even tried bribing the security, but it didn't work. The nearest public access to Chaweng beach is about 1200 meters one way. We rented a car, and that solved the issue

The staff were friendly and responsive. The pool was great and refreshing. As for the downsides: the grounds aren't treated for mosquitoes, so they fly into the rooms and bite you by the pool

We stayed at the hotel for a week in a Deluxe Bungalow. Be aware that while the sea is 100 meters away, you won't be able to access it due to other hotels blocking the way

A very nice and quiet place. 👍 Helpful staff. The grounds are clean, and the room is cleaned daily. The pool is deep enough, from 1m to 1m60cm, so you can dive in. Say hello to Omo the cat... I'll definitely be back.

Well, I changed rooms, got a twin bed, 50 francs a night. It was pleasant, quiet, nice, and the room service was good. A real pleasure!

The place is not bad for parties. The central part is within walking distance. Large swimming pool. Cozy territory. The proximity of the airport is a bit annoying, this is both a plus and a minus.

I stayed here for 4 nights! The staff were all very friendly and I felt at ease when I returned to the inn. The rooms are a little old, but they were clean and comfortable! I'd like to use this again if I go to Koh Samui

I stayed for two weeks and it was a beautiful and peaceful place. If you find the beds hard- they can provide a mattress topper. Make sure to ask for it. The food was good and the coffee reasonably priced and very good.

We stayed here for two nights and had the best time! The facilities are amazing, the restaurant was so yummy, and the shops were convenient with great prices. What truly made our stay special was the staff

I did a handstand and was pretending to move my feet like a synchronized swimmer and an employee from the restaurant came over and yelled at us and ruined our time! We left the pool! He said we were diving in the pool?!?!? No we weren’t! He wouldn’t even hear us out

The bathroom was lovely too, though I did have a slight issue with a cockroach and another small insect in there—something that I understand can be difficult to control in tropical environments, but worth mentioning nonetheless

For light sleepers, this could be a concern, though it didn’t completely detract from the experience for me. The staff at Buri Rasa were overwhelmingly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed

It is a temple up on the hill where there is dogs otherwise ok, the neighbour also has a dog but it is not a problem. I would definitly stay again! Cleaning everyday and good kitchen, smarttv service

Have some problem with TV remote control but no worry. Price is cheap and near the beach, just walk around 5 minutes. Staff very nice and they have a lot of recommend nice place for us. And take care us for everything

The good location allowed us to get to the beach in 5-10 minutes and to the mall and lake in about 20 minutes

There is a 7/11 5 minutes away and you can always buy coffee from the coffee machine and breakfast. There are also a lot of different cafes/restaurants within 5 minutes, there are very good and budget options

I felt super safe as a solo traveler and it was very family run. They also have free bananas and coffee for guests which was nice in the morning. The room was big and the AC was good

We had the best time here! happy hour from 3pm-9pm! 100 Baht cocktails, Nway makes the best cocktails! boy’s service is incredible and so attentive! Ohm’s vibe was amazing and he even played with pool with us and made us laugh so much! Free pool tables, great cocktails, good food and great atmosphere! 100% recommend coming here, even met the owners and they are beautiful!

Good vibes here and even better drinks. Magners here is a must a great way to beat the Thai heat. Location is good too as you can see all the other bars on the strip
