I had booked two nights in a private room. The place fit my needs so I wanted to extend. They only had beds in the dorm. I told them that if I could sleep I would stay a fourth night. AT 422 PM they messaged saying the dorm was full, forcing me to find accommodation for the fourth night. I was driving my scooter, but responded 30 minutes later, saying I would keep the dorm room for the fourth night. That wasn't an option and I had to scramble to find accommodations. They should have advised me the they we close to full, and have me commit to the fourth day. Which I would have. Instead they sold my bed and me on the street. Very poor customer service for someone that had already spent money on 3 nights.

Had originally booked for one night but we ended up staying here for 4. Lovely hostel and staff, super clean and friendly. Highly recommend

Great atmosphere in the yard, nice food at the restaurant, simple rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Honestly the best service I have had ever, I forgot something at the hotel and they went out of their way to try and look for a solution. And a plus point the food is amazing and cheap. I definitely recommend going here!

Really great hostel, fantastic facilities. Has a pool, pool table, table tennis, and great and cheap food and drinks! Has so much potential for being more social, I think a few organised events would be perfect! The beds, pillows, and sound proofing aren’t the best, but it’s good for a short stay. The location is great, especially beside the port for the full moon party

Stayed here as a couple through our time in Samui, 6 nights, very helpful friendly staff who take care you, provide fresh fruit for customers every day, towels and housekeeping on request, had a comfortable clean stay! Room had quick pool access, pool table and ping pong table! Very good location, we walked straight from the poer, bike shop and food options in walking distance! Had a lovely stay thank you so much

Very nice & helpful staff, location is great to get to the rest of the island, get something to eat or rent a scooter. Everything you need is right around the corner. The community is great and the facilities are clean. Very nice pool as well

Great for that low price. The walls of the rooms are like paper, but Ok. There are no planes during the night, so no worries.
