From the airport, a huge animal not to break in was good, but far away in the lobby until to the top of the Shuttle or freezing.

Very nice resort. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa free of change which was fantastic. Buffet breakfast every morning is well worth the upgrade. The only downside to this resort is it is a bit far from the beach and you have to catch a resort bus to get there. Overall though I was very happy with my stay!

This place was absolutely amazing. The smell of the lobby is almost entoxicating (like fresh lemons). And the whole place was beautiful. We were greeted with fresh handmade orchid bracelets and delicious tea. We were also greeted by the entire staff everywhere we walked. That was very inviting. We went in October (which is the off season) so we got our room upgraded. The only downside to our room was the ungodly hard bed and flat pillows. I would advise against adding on the free drinks option because we only used it one night. Unless you plan on being at the hotel by 6 each night to make good use of it. We had breakfast every morning and it was delicious. The pool was really great and our 3 year old was even able to use the water slide. The beach was beautiful. It was the only beach there that didn't have trash on the shore. The Kho kids place isn't for kids 3 and younger but we didn't even need that anyway and plus they can arrange in room babysitting if you just want to do something without them. The weather was amazing. We went for 5 days and it rained mostly at night and sunny during the day. We did however have one rainy day but that didn't stop us from going out. There is a shop that is on the grounds of the hotel down by the beach where they book day trips and that was really convenient. Yes it is far from Patong but we didn't care when we had all of the day trips planned from the shop. They even come directly to the hotel to pick you up.
We would definitely stay here again. It was worth it. Thanks to Outrigger and the entire staff for making our stay wonderful.

Stayed at the penthouse for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and free of bugs (at least in the case of our stay). The private but small rooftop infinity pool was decent. The overall service was average and the breakfast alright. In general, this place is kids friendly.

Nice place! Stayed in the loft, clean, clean is good, but it is time to do repairs, change the furniture, to the beach about 10 minutes on catlle, Breakfast the usual, like everywhere. Price, in principle, corresponds to the place!!!

The best villas we have stayed in when we were in Phuket. The staff is amazing and the duty manager (TOP) was great.

I booked a villa with 4 rooms., kitchen, and private pool.Quite disappointed hotel do not provide scissor for kitchen use. There's washing machine but no laundry detergent.
