The staff were so lovely and made us feel super welcome. Areas are clean and pools were a great place to relax. Hotel is a short walk from Surin beach in a very quiet yet friendly area

That said, the rooftop pool was a highlight offering stunning sunset views and a great bar to unwind in the evenings. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering

While the hotel appeared to be fully booked, it never felt crowded. The main pool area is relatively small, which might explain why it was often quiet

The room is spacious, food is decent and entire resort area is large. Good for family stay. Near-by area is very convenient, exchange place, restaurant, convenient stores are all there. 

We had a beautiful three-bedroom villa complete with a private pool. The rooms were very spacious, tastefully designed with modern interiors, and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean

The staff are super friendly, Bao, Jack & the whole team provided an outstanding service and nothing was too much trouble! The room was always clean and the food of a good standard! I would definitely be more than happy to come back again! Phuket is a beautiful place too, and the locals are so lovely and helpful

We booked their anniversary package which comes with many complimentary vouchers and benefits but upon check in we were not offered anything and when I checked the next day staff were confused and look like they didn't even know this existed

We were placed in the second floor right above the vista restaurant with music playing till late at night

I got told off to calm down and got hang up on the phone

We did get the vouchers in the end but it took a while

There was also quite abit of bird droppings on the balcony and balcony chairs. Amenities : 10/10 Lovely pool decked with sunbeds, a nice usable gym and they also offer a free shuttle service to Bangtao beach

The hotel has a gym, a decent-sized pool, and a restaurant. Breakfast is 300 baht, but there are more affordable food options next door or about a 10-15 minute walk away

Only stayed for a night there, so I didn't get to use the pool and other amenities. Big room (around 35 sqm) with kitchen and kitchenware. Close to Bangtao beach (like 10-15 min walking)

The staff were very friendly and helpful—whether it was arranging transport, providing extra items like robes or slippers, or responding through the app, service was always quick and efficient

They also offer tours and massage services, but these were a bit more expensive compared to options you can find outside or through apps. Overall, a relaxing stay with everything I needed

- The rooms have sewer smells that at times becomes terribly unpleasant even with the wc doors closed - Beach restaurant does not serve food, just snacks and since they removed the shadow from the pool the sun is unbearable - Food in the inside pool is expensive, low quality and quantity

We stayed only 1 night and I myself like the overall of property. The garden is well-maintained and the property itself is clean

Great room overlooking the main pool, helpful, friendly staff, right on Bangtao beach, restaurants up & down the beach & the road behind the beachfront hotels has quite a few restaurants to choose from

I would recommend a scooter to get to the surrounding areas & beaches. Only complaint is no bacon at breakfast

Tons of free lounge chairs in shady area near the beach with tons of massage, drink, and food options nearby. Unfortunately some parts of the rooms are in need of maintenance and our hot water was inconsistent

Resort facilities: The resort is a gold mine for kids and relaxation heaven for adults. For kids they have well stocked play room, separate baby pool, movie room - where recent titles are played every night

For adults there are pools, for parents with kids to have fun they have water slides, movie nights for adults, too at bar counter where one can enjoy a recent cinema on some drinks

And the bar is awesome with well stocked brands. Almost every evening there is some activities like cooking class, kids activities or musical nights. Overall ratings: 5 stars for hospitality and resort facilities

We were upgraded free to suite room (which is a kind gesture by resort staff). The room has separate kids bed. Bathroom: Bathroom was adequate in space. Free toiletries were supplied

Surin beach is relatively less crowded but there are some restaurants nearby and convenience stores too along with money exchange facilities and ATM, also

Staff: Staffs are the strongest part of this resort. They are always smiling, always greeting and go extra lengths for any need of the traveler

Just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a plunge pool and lived every minute of it. The hotel has a huge pool that my children enjoyed using in addition to the plunge pool

Very charming hotel 5mins walk to Surin Beach The hotel is very pleasant. Everyone was very welcoming and we loved the pool area the most. Its 5 min walk to Surin Beach; very nice sandy beach

A team of cleaners come in and clean the apartment so well and so quickly. Beach towels are provided for use in the outside area and are replaced daily

The reception area and the restaurant are all outside and are beautifully landscaped and are basically contiguous with the pool

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and our stay was wonderful. The hotel and staff are so welcoming and everyone is incredibly helpful. They even helped us book a boat tour on short notice

We only ate breakfast and had cocktails there, but it was very good and they had both Western and Thai options. It is a short walk to Surin beach with all of its vendor stalls

The only downsides were that the local mini mart was closed and poorly stocked, from the look of it. The nearest convenience store is a ten minute walk away, which isn't bad but not extremely convenient

There was a staff member who I forgot to get her name but she helped us check in smoothly and even helped us with ordering room service late at night because we were hungry (our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to The Pavilions until 11:15pm – room service finishes at 11:30pm)

Every morning, our villa was cleaned and we were provided with fresh towels. The resort itself is also amazing. We had breakfast and a dinner at Alto and the food was great, breakfast was definitely a favorite

We had our own private outdoor area with a private pool, the living room with its big spacious sofa bed, the bedroom with a big comfy bed and the spacious bathroom

Rooms okay, good beds! Lots of rules: the AC can only be run between 22 and 25 degrees, you can’t get makeup or lotion on the bedroom towels but you can on the brown pool towels, no making noise on your balcony, etc

Excellent location close to the beach. 7 eleven very close for anything you might need. Loved the style of the rooms, felt very authentic. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that but it looked rather small

The breakfast was varied and delicious (the avocado toast and bagel were in particular really good). It also has a spa and an out door pool. You can eat inside but also on the beach, even for dinner

Fabulous little cottages set in beautiful greenery right by the most gorgeous private beach. The sunsets in particular were amazing

We were kindly upgraded to a room closer to the sea and the villa style rooms were very comfortable. On the whole, we both highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again next year

One pool is missing, the rooftop pool is dirty, laundry is advertised as same day if before 10am. Only to be recieved the following day around 6pm. The view from the rooms is an absolute stunning view

Pool gym is very small and equipment is very old. The receptionist Benz was very friendly and helpful with tours. With a few renovation and better management this can be one of the best hotels

The hotel overlooks the south end of the beach, there is a short walkway down to the beach that is easy and accessible during the day, at night it is dark and the alternative is to walk on the road

While the hotel could definitely use some renovations—the shower was old and a bit rustic—the view from the bathroom was absolutely stunning

The rooms are a little tired, but the cleaning and service are at a high level. The pool is small and shallow, but with a slide. Very convenient with children. Prices in the Angsan restaurant, that is, expensive.

You can sunbathe at the lake or the pool and watch the Golf club. The rest are mostly Russian and Chinese. Took a room on the first floor so it was convenient to go out to the pool

Rested in April 2018. The hotel is gorgeous. Clean. Comfortable. Small and cozy home. The buffet Breakfast is great! To sea five minutes. Magnificent Golf courses. Suggest who wants quiet comfort.

We have always had good experience here, the apartments are spacious, well furnished and maintained. Seedlings offers very nice Thai and international food at very reasonable prices

The location is right at the beach and conveniently close to everything you may want on a holiday. The pool is also very nice with a small pool for the little ones

Cant fault this place, opposite the beach, great pool, large clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet in general. We didnt use their restaurant but close to many with a 7/11 next door so super handy

Comfy and clean with a small swimming pool and just 100m from the beach! Unfortunately the area is relatively dead compared to the other beaches in Phuket, and it's hard to get around without expensive Grabs/Bolts or tuktuks

The mountain view is nice, but only seen from the entry door. Units with decks look out to the pool which is much nicer. Rooms are serviced daily and staff are very nice. Breakfast is on offer but we haven't tried it

You cannot put tissue in the toilet, the shower holder didn't work in either room, but other than that, it was lovely! Fantastic location if you want a quiet almost private beach, 7 eleven basically next door, massage and restaurants basically next door also

Overall, the location and staff are great, rooms are a little dated but size is good. If you plan to do excursions, you will most likely have to travel at least 20mins to any other meaningful location

Notes: - because we were there in the high season and most rooms seemed full, we did not get upgraded even with the Hilton Diamond status, but it’s not surprising as it’s not a Hilton property, just a partner

We had a minor maintenance incident in our room, at the same time my partner was also sick and needed rest and peacefulness, almost immediately we were upgraded to an incredible room at no extra cost as to ensure my partner was comfortable and so they could attend the minor maintenance issue at our previous room

- diamond (or gold ) status with Hilton will also include free breakfasts Speaking of food, breakfasts were great! We did not eat dinners or lunch at the hotel, but their breakfast buffet is exceptional

But you may have better luck! - the traffic in Phuket became a disaster in the past several years so be sure you understand the consequences of selecting the location of your hotel

Stats: - 5 days in January 2025 (high season) - paid fully with Hilton Points, utilizing the 5th night free, in total we spend 200k points which was a fantastic redemption value

Same applies when you want to travel to Patong, be prepared to spend 3-4 hours of your day being in car (unless of course you leave early morning and come back after midnight)

I booked a villa with 4 rooms., kitchen, and private pool.Quite disappointed hotel do not provide scissor for kitchen use. There's washing machine but no laundry detergent.

Very good and spacious villas. Service staff and breakfast very good. Only drawback is location.....atleast an hour's drive to touristic places

I stayed here with a group of friends - it was fine. everything looks great (which is nice) - nice villas, nice finishes inside, the private pool was great
