The staff are super friendly, Bao, Jack & the whole team provided an outstanding service and nothing was too much trouble! The room was always clean and the food of a good standard! The superior rooms are HUGE! Great views from the balconies, cool art and retro decor in the rooms, and spectacular location on Bangtao Beach. Tons of free lounge chairs in shady area near the beach with tons of massage, drink, and food options nearby. Unfortunately some parts of the rooms are in need of maintenance and our hot water was inconsistent.

Great room overlooking the main pool, helpful, friendly staff, right on Bangtao beach, restaurants up & down the beach & the road behind the beachfront hotels has quite a few restaurants to choose from. Comfy and clean with a small swimming pool and just 100m from the beach! Unfortunately the area is relatively dead compared to the other beaches in Phuket, and it's hard to get around without expensive Grabs/Bolts or tuktuks. Still, it's great for a secluded and tranquil beach vacation, solo or in a group.

Outstanding resort to stay. Perfect for families and quiet getaways. Staff were beyond exceptional. Nothing was too big a deal and they always went out of there way to accommodate our family. We had the 3 bedroom apartment with rooftop pool and it was superb. Well priced and great quality.
