Poor quality throughout this complex. The wifi is awful: the AC is useless, our bedroom AC didn't work and then the living room AC startingaling a terrible noise; the water is not clean, the Jacuzzi was full of black bits; the bath plug wouldn't open to drain the bath; batteries were leaking in the remote; and damp teabags were left in the complementary drink stand.
The rooms are large but had nothing in them. There is a kitchen, but no cutlery or utensils unless you leave a deposit. Also, the rooms are bare and soulless.
Though we would have a holiday in stylish hotel residence, but instead got a dull third rate accommodation.

I don't like it there the swimming pool is green hasn't been cleaned in months .I found the staff hostile

SNAKE in the bathroom!!!! A Green Pit Viper fell out of a towel and onto my wife. She was so lucky not to be bitten. These are very poisonous, deadly snakes. As we didn’t know how it got in OR if there were more snakes in the apartment OR if more could get in we had no option but to check out for the family’s safety. We had to pay electricity and water charges. 110 euros (4100 baht) for 4 days!!!! Approximately 28 euros PER DAY! This was extortionate especially considering we were out most the day and the key card system shuts off the electricity when you leave. We found the apartment complex management was very very poor. On arrival the main swimming pool was green with algae and unusable. When we complained we were told the filter pump was broken. The management started to fix it and clean the pool but it was still not usable by the time we left. This was a big disappointment. On day four the apartment plunge pool also went green with algae. Sadly, the management told the host that we had requested the pool not to be cleaned so that we could use it! This was a poor lie as we were out all day, every day, and we would have welcomed pool cleaning. They just let the pool go green as they had with the main pool. They cleaned the algae off the walls and dumped large piles of chlorine crystals on the bottom. This was really the sad point of the stay, the lies and no pools for the children to use. That day when we returned to the apartment we found the management had left the apartment unlocked after cleaning the pool, they had broken the lock. Instead of telling us they just left it open for us to find, valuables unprotected. The yellow rubbish bins in the garden at the entrance to the apartments often had rubbish on the floor around them. This was a real eye sore and not a nice thing to see first thing in the morning. The lift was dirty and poorly cleaned. The walls were smeared, it looked like a dirty rag had been used to clean them. The apartment itself was quite big, with large bedrooms but we found the beds extremely hard. The kids had some trouble sleeping on them. The location is near to Surin and Bangtao Beach but as mentioned by others, you must have a car if you stay here otherwise you will be constantly trekking up and down the road. We found the road a bit unsafe to walk on especially with the kids. Also the plunge pool has no safety barrier for kids and it is a long drop. Overall a sad stay and cannot recommend. .
