Traveling as a family of five, we had to book two rooms. The hotel rooms were even worse than a budget hotel like Home Inn in China, but we tolerated it for the proximity to Karon Beach. This is a very kid-friendly hotel, highly recommend for those with children aged 6/7 and under. The back gate offers quick access to Kata Beach. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but you can ask the front desk to set up the sofa bed! Overall, it's very good.

The hotel's pool is very clean, and they provide unlimited beach towels. There are rinse-off facilities at the back entrance to the beach. The service is very welcoming, with staff who speak Chinese, and luggage storage is also very convenient.

The staff were very nice and attentive and they go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. They always welcome us with a smile every time we are back from the beach or shopping and they make small talks to make us feel at home. The room was big for a family of 4 and the pool was great too! This is like a little oasis in the middle of busy Patong Beach, it is a couple of minutes walk from Bangla Road markets, restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, but the bed was a bit saggy. The shower pressure wasn't great. We stayed in a suite, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was too noisy, so we turned it off while sleeping and used the living room's AC instead.
