Even if we had to go further places, motorbike rental shops are just outside of the hotel, allowing easy rental and return. There is a steep slope to royal wing which is inconvenient for elderly as well as pushing the luggage. Housekeeping was slow. Room is still not cleaned at ard 3.30pm. Do not stay here if you can't stand the loud music.

Traveling as a family of five, we had to book two rooms. The hotel rooms were even worse than a budget hotel like Home Inn in China, but we tolerated it for the proximity to Karon Beach. Terrible service! We arrived very late, around 10 PM, and were given a room. We had booked a family suite, but it was just a standard room with one bed. When we pointed out the discrepancy, the hotel staff, though polite, didn't resolve the issue. They made various excuses not to change our room and eventually just brought over a rollaway bed. Overall, it's pretty good, but 1400 a night feels a bit pricey. It's excellent for kids, with a fun children's pool and a kids' club. Breakfast was decent, and the location is good too. No obvious flaws with the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean, however there is no soundproof and you can hear the neighbors talking or doing night activities. The breakfast also could be improved and alternative milk options added. All in all it’s a good option in Patong area

I enjoyed my weeklong stay here. The location is perfect; close to the beach and away from chaotic bars areas. The room is clean and the staff (Kate) is very helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again next year when I visit Patong beach.

Hi...great place ..clean rooms...friendly staff. The location is great...very quick to to beach and Bangla Road...but...some rooms may give you a little music carry over.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location was excellent, with a lively atmosphere nearby.

Fantastic location- short walk to beach, Bangla Rd, shopping centre, massage and bars. Room was spacious with nice size balcony. Breakfast was awesome with American, Thai, Japanese and Indian options available. The two pools were amazingly refreshing and well laid out. Will definitely go back.
