We stayed at this wonderful hotel for 13 nights between December and January. The hotel is excellent for those looking for a quiet place without loud music. The rooms are very large and spacious, the pool is big enough for swimming, and they offer free kayaks for boating, including life jackets. Most importantly, the hotel staff are truly excellent—friendly, helpful, and attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to return.

I really love this place. It’s become one of my favorite spots already. The room is very spacious with plenty of living space and the pool and the sea go perfectly together. I’ll definitely come back again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Charcoal Panwa Beach Resort. The best part is how peaceful and relaxing the area is, with its own private beach — exactly what we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, always offering great advice and support throughout our stay.
It was also really convenient having the main strip just a 15-minute walk away. A perfect mix of quiet and easy access to everything.
Highly recommended, and we’d love to return!

The stay was beyond amazing! We loved the pool, the infinity view is just gorgeous!!! The in room food was also awesome. The rooms are big and clean. And the reception staff is very very sweet and helpful. The location is also close by to a 7 eleven. Would absolutely come back here if I’m in Phuket again.

I love everything about this place. It is a great location to relax and spend time with your family at Charcoal Panwa Beach. There are perfect sunshine view in front of the beach -such a private beach. It is nice vibes. There are many activities like swimming, kayaking, paddle board. amazing! also have a rooftop that we can take a photo, camping at grill zone. Highly recommended! ❤️

Very Private Property. It has its own private beach which is only Charcoal Panwa Hotel and Pullman hotel only. The property is best for sunrise. The rooms are large, great for family.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service attention to detail remains the staff is amazing the rooms have bean comfortable and immaculate

This place is not necessarily what it appears to be from the online reviews and photos. We booked a few nights here and, after walking the grounds, decided to just swallow the room cost and booked another hotel.
The positive is that the rooms are beautiful. Updated, modern and in great shape.
However, there are zero amenities. No restaurant, no bar, no anything. The staff informed us there was breakfast in the morning but we didn’t stick around for it.
The location is in the middle of nowhere; you can hardly even get a Grab to come there as it is so far away.
The sites indicate this is an English-speaking location but no-one we met actually spoke English outside of a few words or were able to help us with anything.
The “beach” is shoreline that is nearly 100 feet away from the actual ocean, meaning you can’t actually swim in the water without walking through several meters of crabs, seaweed and other dangers.
Unless you’re looking for a cheap AirBnB for a large family and you have already rented a car to deal with your own transport, and you don’t care about the beach, I wouldn’t let the price tag fool you. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

Nice halal hotel in Panwa beach,Phuket. The staffs were friendly. The service was great. I forgot the sunglasses in the room on the day I left, the staff sent its back to me via postal. The room was spacious,clean and new. The food was tasty, chicken fried rice was fantastic. The hotel had spectacular scenery of the beach. The beach was full of small aquatic animals. Nice place for relaxation.
