We got exactly what we wanted which was a no frills chill spot to lounge by the pool and relax. We came in the off season and didn’t experience any of the noisiness that other reviews mention. As far as the staff they are very laid back and hands off but we had a lovely host at the restaurant every day and our room was kept spotless with daily cleaning and towel/water replacements. The facilities are in good shape and the other guests mostly kept to themselves. The views from the rooftop pool cannot be beat and if you come in the off season chances are you have the two loungers to yourself like we did.
Not very walkable and not a lot to do in the area so come with your own transport or be ready to hail a grab to go to restaurants and beach.

Terrible experience here and hard to explain.
We got checkin 3 hours late cause we cant contact to the booking on agoda. They said they gonna contact us on whatsapp before we got there one day but no texted even when we got to the place already. They take like 1 day to response to text on agoda :) and we have no phone number to call which almost make us about to cancel the booking.
About hygiene, 😭😭😭 so yuck. Like u can feel the room is not clean by the smell of the bathroom, the floor is still wet like someone just showered. The room will be clean after 4days, and bed sheet taking like 1 week. It even cause the reaction on my skin when i got here wondering while they got so much good review on agoda. I bet when we got there it was not clean before it :)

They don’t even have a smart TV
As for a place that caters to tourists and expats it’s a joke. To how a luxury hotel don’t have a normal TV is utterly sad and backwards. There’s even smart TV in a $30 a room place and huts on islands. The gym was a little unclean and the corridors.

The grease trap under the sink smells awful, like a septic tank. The walls are super thin, and you’ll hear everything from your neighbors 🤐. The apartment gets extremely hot, especially on the top floor.
On the bright side, the building exterior looks nice, the staff are friendly, and the location is great, close to Naiharn Beach which is the only reason we keep coming back to this area. But we won’t stay in this condo again.

I love this area, this condo is in the middle of the forest through which you can easily get to the beach by 10-15 mins walk. Its rooftop swimming pool with great view and chill water also quite rare to find in condos. Cleaning is good and regular, friendly staff. Only one unpleasant thing is soundproof, seems like there is none, you can hear the neighbour TV and everything outside, which now is crucial cause there is construction work nearby. Try to ask for a forest view apartment once the construction is finished (most likely this year) will be great place to live or stay for vacation.

We just completed our sandbox here and highly recommend. The manager and staff at this hotel are exceptional - so friendly and organised. We stayed in a two bed pool villa which was very spacious, high quality and well equipped. Walking distance to the lake, beach and lots of restaurants.

Nice hotel and dog friendly hotel. Just nice hotel but unprofessional staff. You need to ask for everything even towels. The staff did make up room but no replace for new supplies. Just don’t go. So frustrated.

Good rooms with a lot of space, but bathroom without bath. Good quality of breakfasts at roof of 7th floor. Clean and without bad smell.

The hotel was nice and modern. Everything was brand new. This staff was very nice and helpfull especially Joe the shuttle driver he helped so much with everything. Always on time and with a smile on his face. He helped finding good restaurants, helping with all my requests and he even carried my groceries when I got something from a grocery store. The maid service was also top notch compared to some other places I stayed.The only issue was the main pool had a leak so it was being fixed during my stay but the had another pool roof top so it didn't bother me at all. Overall a great experience!
